Executive Dry Cleaners

I’ve used Executive Dry Cleaners for over a year now and very pleased with their service. Not only do they do an excellent job with all of my cleaning needs but I really love the hanging black delivery bag they use to bring the clothes back which also doubles as a collection bag. Much nicer than ordinary plastic wrap used by other cleaners.

Gave my clothes here for dry cleaning a couple of times. The guy picks up and delivers and it had always been a quick turn around. Very happy!

Warm and friendly owner who never ceases to help us. They do great alterations and are nice enough to tell me when there is no hope to a repair or when there is an easier way to go about the alteration.
He even will deliver to your building if near by.
I highly recommend it. So many places are just business, business, business. But this guy will actually talk to you.
The prices are very good.

I really don’t know why this place has gotten such poor reviews. The owner mentioned something about a dispute he had try to resolve with Unilocal but no luck.
Anyhoo I’ve been very happy every time my clothes have come back. I’ve probably gone to Executive Dry Cleaners at least 10 times so far. I’ve bought in slacks, blouses and jackets which have come back satisfactory. I’ve also bought in hard to treat items such as dark colored silk dress stained with oil spots left far too long, blood on very thin delicate silk (fell and scratch my arm which brushed against my blouse) and dog urine on my down comforter (don’t ask — sick dog). What’s impressed me is their attention to detail and doing what’s necessary to get a particular garment cleaned thoroughly.
They take cash and credit card although with cash they offer 10% off the bill. I’ve also seen coupons to this establishment through Living Social, Groupon, DealDigger and the mail.

Always treated like a VIP. Clothes delivered when promised. Used them for years and very very happy with the quality of the cleaning and the service!

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Half the items I’d dropped off came back with an issue and the short shopkeeper gave me a very bad attitude. I kept pointing out the quaity issues but he refused to be able to see them and just told me to iron it myself, even telling me he didn’t like my tone. I’d gottne the LivingSocial deal for this place but never will I set foot in there again. DO NOT GO HERE!

The folks at Executive Dry Cleaners were very kind to me. I had used my LivingSocial deal here in December 2010 and used the deal last minute (my fault). I needed several coats dry cleaned and one of them I needed for a trip back East for the holidays. Despite my procrastination, AJ and his crew hurried the dry cleaning and even delivered it to my apartment after hours. THIS is good customer service. They worked their tails off even though I was a difficult customer (with the last minute dry cleaning and LivingSocial deal). I definitely recommend this to anyone. Heck, I’m going there today to drop off my dry cleaning!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now, since I live less than a block away. The service has been great for the most part. Multiple times, I’ve had a surprise meeting or trip and asked if I could get my clothes ASAP. They have always come through!
I’ve only had one negative experience. I had to stop by four times during their expressed business hours until there was finally someone there to assist me. I wasn’t in a rush at this time, and I probably could have called to get this issue resolved.
Also, they offer a 10% discount if you are willing to pay in cash.

Really disappointed with executive. After some quality issues, I emailed them a couple problems. I got the automatic BS email stating «we will investigate». The very next week, the same quality issues appeared again and they baked a shirt too long and screwed up the collar! Ahhhhh! No excuse for This bad of quality. I really wanted to like them, but it’s not going to happen.

I bought the Living Social deal but never got to use it because everything is considered a «Specialty item». I understand they may charge more since the deal was for a set amount and not specific items but a bag, a coat that has some faux fur — these should be fine. They offered a deal and don’t seem to want to honor it. I’m not trying to bring in a comforter or a wedding dress! Very disappointing!

Don’t waste your time or money here. Poor quality work, and poor customer service. Overpriced as well.

Executive Dry Cleaners gets 4 STARS and A.J. gets the fifth star all to himself! Where you go, I go. If you ever move to another cleaner you’d better post it! let’s face it, today it’s all about customer service.

I normally go to Fancy Cleaners on 2^nd, but I decided to try Executive after buying a LivingSocial deal that offered $ 25 of dry cleaning for $ 10.
When my clothes came back, a stain on one of my silk shirts that I’d pointed out when I brought in the shirt was still there. I wasn’t informed of any issues in removing the stain, so I think the stain was simply ignored. (In contrast, at Fancy, when I brought in a silk dress with a stain, the employee marked it with a piece of tape, and when I picked up the dress, the employee had me specifically verify that the stain was gone.)
Furthermore, each of my items was returned to me with a yellow slip of paper stapled to the tag. I had to pull out the staples and remove the paper slips one by one. No other dry cleaning place I’ve visited has stapled paper to my clothing like this.
On top of that, the service kind of sucked.
The first time I attempted to come here, the store opened late. I was hanging around outside 10min after the advertised opening time. The shopkeepers next door saw me on the sidewalk, laughed, and indicated that late openings are not uncommon for Executive.
The second time I came here, I asked to have an extremely simple alteration done, and the employee gave me several reasons why it could not be done. I’m no seamstress, but I didn’t believe the alteration was that difficult. I took the dress to Fancy after being rejected by Executive, and Fancy had it done within a few hours for only $ 5.48.

Very good service! I used their service when I stayed in Seattle during a business trip. Then picked up my laundry and delivered after it’s done. Everything is fast and easy. The price is reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

I took some clothes to be fixed. They said the clothes should be ready in a week from the day that I left it, but so far it’s been 11 days and I will only get it tomorrow. Not so good service!

I used Executive Dry Cleaners for the first time and I will continue to use them. They delivered my clothes to Ballard and everything was perfect. I even got my own dry cleaning bag from them to use for future cleaning. Great customer service and follow up. I’m recommending them to my friends!

I went to Executive Dry Cleaners yesterday after I realized a bunch of clothes were missing from my closet. Lo and behold, I had left them at Executive Dry Cleaners when I moved out of Belltown! The owner had kept them for over 250 days and gave them back to me yesterday without charging me the $ 15.00 per month holding fee. Thank you so much!
This dry cleaners always does a great job getting my stains out and they get things back in a very timely manner.
