Fiori Floral Design at Nordstrom

Two stars *ONLY* because they provided a refund without me having to call and request one. Ordered flowers 16 days before a courthouse wedding, with notes that we’d be there the day of to pick up. Ordering was great — Dann was helpful in making sure the flowers that we wanted would be included. The correct date and time were on our receipt for when to pick up.
On the scheduled date we showed up an hour past our stated pick up time due to an accident earlier in the day, but we thought for sure that the flowers would be ready. The person there had nothing for us. No offer to provide anything immediately as a substitution. I’d have been happy to have a few random flowers to hold, but instead they offered to deliver something to us at our destination (courthouse), given the timeline we didn’t expect to get anything in time. Instead I got an emailed credit invoice putting the money back on my card 10 minutes past the time that I needed them (no phone call/​text/​email saying «sorry, we can’t make it to deliver», just the email credit).
Married without a bouquet. If you order flowers and need them on a specific date — Call the day before, call the morning of, and show up early to ensure that they have something for you. Lesson learned — glad that the $$$ was sent back painlessly, but honestly I’d rather have had the flowers.

Dann (the Manager) — super helpful and friendly. I got a red cactus there to gift to a friend. There were a couple getting bouquet at around 8pm. He was so patient and knowledgable. He was still attentive while helping them. Since I wanted to grab something from Nordstrom before closing, I told him that I would be back and placed the plant on his table.
When I was about to exit nordstrom and back to the Fiori, I saw him there looking for me. Where can you find service like this these days?!
Anyways, when I got to his table, he already put the plant in the nice wrapping plastic and box. After I said ok, he wrapped it up with green ribbons. I like his attitude. I feel as happy as I usually do after finishing shopping at sephora.
He is knowledgeable, so please do ask him question! Dont’ be shy!

Buyer Beware!
The flowers are pretty but the service is the worst. It’s ironic that they have an outpost in Nordstrom because it highlights the contrast between excellent customer service and their terrible service. I will never purchase flowers here again. Don’t jeopardize your special occasion by using Fiori!

I have worked around the corner from here for a LONG time, and just recently went in when a work plant needed some TLC.
This place is GREAT! A little pricey but it’s downtown, and in Nordy’s so I won’t ding them for that.
The staff was great, on both trips in the past month, and while they are tiny, they have fun/​weird stems to choose from, potted plants and orchids, and even fun little plat-​like trinkets (annuals to bloom on your office desk for a week or two).
