Established in 2006.

In 2006 I started Foster Wellness as an onsite massage practice. In 2009 I found a permanent home for Foster Wellness in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. At this location I have expanded my offerings to include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, Chinese herbs, and yoga.

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist & Massage Practitioner in Washington; I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance.

I studied massage in Beijing & continued my training at the Inland Massage Institute in Spokane, WA. I became Board Certified through the NCBTMB & was licensed in Washington in 2006 (#MA00023193).

In 2009, I received my Masters degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, became Board Certified as a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine through the NCCAOM & received my WA license (#AC60114046).

While studying in China, I furthered my yoga training at Yoga Yard under Mimi Kuo, Robyn Wexler, & Matthew Cohen & returned to Idaho in 2005 to complete a year-​long internship at the Blue Lotus Sanctuary with Anusara-​affiliated teacher Patricia Berger. I subsequently received certification in 2006 through the National Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
