You’re interested in acting for a reason. Maybe even specifically the Meisner technique.
What is that reason? Think carefully before you continue.
The work Gregg does here is very demanding. It can get… uncomfortable at times, but that’s the whole point. You’re here trying to figure out who you really are, as a person, and to let that person, yourself, be while performing. You’ve lived your life developing walls and defense mechanisms to hide and it feels really uncomfortable to break them down — but that’s what Gregg does.
Not for the faint of heart!
