The 2nd avenue location was permanently closed at the end of 2015. How did I find out? There was a sign in the stairwell. AVOIDTOTALBODYFITNESS!

HORRIBLE! Denies receiving cancellation form. Changed my monthly service plan without my consent and added some type of class package! Amazing. Worst experience ever. I have had gym memberships at lots of places around the country and this is simply the WORST ever! Look at their reviews! I am not the first. AVOIDATALLCOST.

Apparently this location has been permanently closed as of 12/31/2015. It would have been nice if this had been communicated to members as opposed to the small sign on the stairwell.

This review is for their fitness classes through ClassPass. Go Total Body Fitness offers good fitness classes that will fit your busy schedule. I have tried a couple so far and my favorite has to be Concrete Core, taught by Jordan. It’s a 30 min class during lunch time and you definitely crunch in a good core workout. Great class if you can squeeze it in during your work day! The other class I highly recommend is Pandemonium, taught by Dawn. You get a full body workout and I guarantee that you’ll be sweaty by the end of class. One thing I’m not too crazy about is the classroom set up. Its not the most spacious, due to the layout of the room.

If I could give this gym negative stars I would SOLELY based on the non-existent customer service. Here are the issues I’ve experienced while maintaining a membership at their Smith Tower Location. 1. I purchased two memberships; one for myself and one for a friend under their executive rates and was overcharged three months in a row. John was helpful in the fact that he just deducted a few months off of my fees to make up for being overcharged, the next month I was charged 96.51 $ I went to the gym to ask and NOBODY could explain the charged so I closed both accounts. 2. The guy who works at the front desk is CREEPY trying to lift his shirt up to show off his tattoos, NO I’m sorry I dont want you to lift your shirt up to show me your tattoos, that’s extremely unprofessional and distasteful and almost borderline sexual harassment. 3. I made my initial complaint over a month ago and no resolution what so ever. No phone calls, emails, NOTHING. 4. I went back to Smith Tower to ask for the OWNERS information and the personal trainers were working the front desk that day and said«I dont know who he is!» BS buddy, you dont know who your boss is? Ok! These guys cannot be trusted, they are swindlers and hustlers and quite frankly after reading all of these similar reviews I don’t see how the OWNER is ok with running a business like this. ****UPDATE**** AFTERWRITINGTWOBAD UnilocalREVIEWS, ONEWHICHWASDELETED, ANDCONTACTINGTHEBETTERBUSINESSBUREAU, JOHNCALLEDMEANDSETTLEDTHEDEBT. I’ve been going to this gym since it started and was called Seattle Executive Fitness. Just so you know right off the bat, the gym is nothing fancy. It’s smaller than your 24 hour fitness but for those of us who live of work in Pioneer Square, it works. There are machines, free weights, classes and trainers. Prices are competitive — I’d even say cheaper than other downtown gyms. So as long as you’re not expecting towel service, you’re good to go! A quick note about my trainer Jordan: I’ve been working out him for about 6 months. I like his style. He pushes just enough to make you feel like you can finish out the set, but not too much that you feel shame if you’re struggling. He’ll just modify for you. Docked a star because of turnover in the manager position.
