Goldfinch Events

I cannot rate Seattle Events (and my contact Sabrina) high enough. I needed help coordinating a milestone birthday party for my wife. I waited to start a bit late (like a typical husband) and gave my requirements that needed to be turned around quickly. Not only was Seattle Events and Sabrina very responsive, they nailed every single aspect to make the event special. Sabrina was absolutely in tune, listened to my concerns, also settled me down as like she put it «she had it and will make everything very special». There were some last minute changes and not only did Seattle Events and Sabrina quickly react to these, she made me feel very at ease and ensure the event would be the best. Please… if you are looking for a great party or event planner, I cannot recommend Seattle Events (and especially Sabrina) enough. I did fail to mention that the cost was more than fair to the point I had to question whether the bill was correct. If you do not want to be disappointed… use Seattle Events (and ask for Sabrina).
A side note… Sabrina was a task master, very kind hearted to my needs and requests, and also was a person that got things done. She basically over delivered every task and minimum request that we agreed upon. I will never use a different planner as I feel no one can meet the bar that she set. This is coming from a professional/​executive who has tough requirements and expectations.

The best of the best, and I do t mean that Eric Roberts movie you are currently thinking about with James Earl Jones. The wedding atmosphere and décor what phenomenal. Color choice and design exactly what I was looking for which is no easy task. I would recommend Seattle Events for any occasion given their inherent flexibility and diversity.

Just a quick review while I’m on the road, but I had to come by and recommend Sabrina to anyone looking to plan an event. We hired her as a Day of Coordinator for our wedding. We are out of state and we’re getting married in Seattle. Sabrina went above and beyond and really helped us plan the event in more ways than just coordinating the day of. She’s awesome.

What a wonderful experience! Sabrina helped me plan a recital for my voice studio.
Within a week she had a choice of three different venues. The one we went with was a local bar with lots of street traffic so my students got lots of exposure. It’s such a popular place that I wouldn’t have considered even approaching them. Best of all, she negotiated for us to have the space for free!!!
