I’ve ordered slews of bouquets online from various florists and I’ve never been disappointed, except for the one time I try these guys. I got the «luxury upgrade» for $ 55.00 ($ 75.00 in total), which clearly isn’t exorbitant by any means, but the bouquet looked like utter shit. The owner explained that it looked sparse because the lilies aren’t quite opened up (YES, I know lilies take a beat to open), but the overall look was awful. It was a huge bushel of baby’s breath and leaves, plus 4 hot pink roses when it was shown with light pink. It looked nothing like the photo, needless to say. When I explained this all to the owner, they told me that the recipient should come in, or they can go and pick it up and give her a replacement — that’s their policy. WTF? Let me send my sister to replace her birthday bouquet, or arrange for her to be home… Clearly just a BS policy to make trouble for the customer so they won’t follow through. So unprofessional, just send a bouquet that doesn’t look it was made during amateur hour, because this one quite literally looks like a child made it. I fully echo what Shanna M. below had to say. I will not take my business here ever again.

I just received a bouquet for my birthday from Hansen’s florist. Let me start by saying this was the ugliest bouquet I have EVER gotten! The bouquet is not symmetrical, they used a stem with a bunch of baby pink roses instead of single stem roses. They put three stems of baby pink roses just shoved in the vase different amounts of roses per stem. The roses are all curled and brown. The greenery looks to be shoved in the as an after thought. The yellow lillies were broken and falling off. I have looked at their web site and the pictures are not anything like what they deliver. My bouquet was lower quality that something you would get at the grocery store that had been sitting in the case for over two weeks. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to get your flowers!

Met both Rachel and Joe who were both super friendly. Rachel quickly put together a ray of sunshine in a bouquet. So cute! The prices aren’t as cheap as the bouquets you see at downtown at local farmers markets, but I would much rather buy flowers here than at the grocery store.

Rachel did a great job on a custom bouquet for my wife. She stayed within budget and it didn’t disappoint. Will be going back.

Terrible experience. Bought a groupon type deal here $ 25 for $ 50 and I would never go back here. The owner threatened to not honor the coupon during mothers day week, even though that was not written anywhere on the website or coupon. After agreeing, she would not accept the value of the coupon for delivery of the flowers, only the arrangement. The flowers arrived and for $ 50, there was a VERY small bouquet. Extremely overpriced and bad customer service. Look elsewhere.

Lil is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet and loves to learn all about her customers and their astrological signs. I used their flowers for my wedding and they did a great job. Very detail oriented, a little expensive, but the convenience is worth it.

This place smells good, and the manager is very nice — but terrible pricing. If you want flowers, go downtown to the ‘Amazing Vase’ — much better prices (more info in my other reviews).
