Harris & Moure is a boutique international law firm with lawyers in Seattle, Washington and in Qingdao, China. Our focus is on the small and medium sized business that operates internationally and on the multinational company that needs specific assistance.

We have two lawyers who are fluent in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese. We have lawyers licensed in Russia, Spain, and Germany.
