Dr was very impatient and didn’t listen to my symptoms and I waited for 50 mins while i was on time for my appointment and then he only spend like literally less than 3 mins and sent me away… worst dr experience ever.

I just had an eye mole removed by Dr. Heffernan. I was referred to him by my normal dermatologist at the Everett Clinic because it was such a sensitive/​special area to have a mole removed and he is a specialist in this area.
I had called another specialist in Bellevue and she couldn’t even get me in for a consultation for two months. However, when I called Dr. Heffernan’s office, they were more than accommodating especially since there was a threat that it could be cancerous. I immediately felt like a patient even on the phone rather than just another «customer». They got me in that week to see him for my consultation! He scheduled my surgery for a mere 3 weeks from that –just so that my insurance had enough time to process it.
I was beyond nervous about getting it removed, scared if it was cancerous, etc but Dr. Heffernan was reassuring, honest, and very professional as we discussed my next steps. Also for all of my appts, I only waited a few minutes to be seen — which is very nice when you are so busy during the day.
The day of the surgery went so quickly and smoothly, I almost think Dr. Heffernan is a magician! I usually get sick from anesthesia but not this time! I was up and chatting, eating cookies, feeling great only minutes after my surgery! I didn’t even have to take pain pills at all– I never had any pain in my eye area during recovery!
They called me two or three days after my surgery to let me know it was not cancerous — what a relief to know so quickly!
Yesterday was my followup/​stitches removal appt and its as if I never had anything there ever!
Bottom line: Dr Heffernan is good and is the man to see if you need something special done to your face area.
His staff and facilities are wonderful also.
They are located in the Nordstrom tower medical building with views of the Space needle and lake Washington. Only con: parking is expensive here and is not validated. So if you can walk, try to find parking on the side streets of madison which will only cost you 3 bucks vs the 6+ for inside the garage.

Dr Heffernan is a great Dr, good bedside manner and great skill and artistry. The best of both worlds.
