Although I haven’t been to many vape shops around town, I did find my experience with Kenan to be very pleasant. The mood for the shop was very copacetic, chill, and relaxed. I did, however, have questions that were answered knowledgeably and without much thought (he really knew his stuff). I am very happy with my few purchases there and will definitely be going back!
I ended up buying a new mod, tank, and e-​juice from Kenan; but was helped equally (and with the same confidence) by Brandon; and again by Austin. Thank you guys for making my experience memorable, and giving me the ‘want’ to come back to your shop.

Cool place. Always busy. They are friendly and I come here as often as I can to get my juice. Bought a new vape from them on Black Friday. The parking lot is shared with a 7-​Eleven and other shops so the parking can be a bit of a gamble, but that isn’t something they can control.
They get 4 stars because they are a bit pricey but the quality is good. They have a point system with Fivestars to earn discounted items. So that redeems them a little bit.
Overall, I have never encountered a rude person at this shop. They will answer any question you have. I am no Vaping Novice and I am still learning.

I have purchased three separate vaporizers, accessories, and all my liquid at this shop and also encouraged all my friends and associates to do the same. My experiences had all been exceptionally positive — until today. In order to encourage repeat business, this shop employed and recommended the typical punch card system which was offered to me and accepted. This program was never the reason I patronized this shop and, of course, I realize the value is really not significant. However, my experience today will prevent me from any further purchases or recommendations.
I arrived today, January 5^th, to make another purchase. I then presented two full punch cards towards what should have been one «complimentary» bottle of liquid and was told that they chose to end the program on January 1^st — WITHOUT NOTICE — and that the cards were no longer valid. (By the way, no where is there an expiration date indicated on the card itself or signage located in the store). I find this abrupt about-​face to be deceptive and a very poor business decision. It is ironic that a program designed to encourage customer loyalty has now had the reverse effect on a regular buyer. As an operator of a service-​oriented business I am always amazed at how the failure to follow through on a guarantee — particularly one so insignificant, will end up costing a company far greater future revenue. A classic example of «falling on your face over a dollar just to save a dime.»
Needless to say I cancelled my purchase, tossed the now useless punch cards on the counter, and will elect to take all my future business elsewhere.

The products here are great. They have a lot of selection and the prices are CHEAP! Every other place I have gone is double the price. The employees are very knowledgeable and may be slightly abrasive but once you warm them up they are there to help.

I came in as a total newbie to vaping. There were two guys there. They explained how the nicotine levels work, and helped me pick a flavor. You can try any flavor! (I even spilled one all over trying to disconnect it and they were nice about it) I am am not a sweet tooth and I know most of the flavors are crazy sweet and fruity. I explained my needs and they met them! I ended up getting hawk sauce. Which is not so sweet and has a slight menthol to it. I will defiantly come back for my vaping needs!
