History

Established in 2002.

IN PACTA was developed with commercial transactions, personal injury and civil litigation in mind, and then grew to include employment law, family law and bankruptcy related matters. From humble beginnings, IN PACTA now boasts four full time attorneys and one part time (of counsel) attorney. Each attorney has practical, hands on experience dealing with a wide range of issues.

Noah C.

Business Owner

Noah Davis received his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) where he attended on a football scholarship. After graduating from UCA in 1995, Noah went on to the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1998. Following law school and a brief stint as a judicial law clerk with the Arkansas Court of Appeals, Noah traveled to Australia where he worked towards a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne.

While attending the University of Melbourne, Noah traveled much of SE Asia, while guest lecturing at both the University of Melbourne and at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. After completing his LL.M. in 2000, Noah worked as the Compliance Manager for a mortgage investment firm — Treasury Funds Management Limited — until his return to the United States in April of 2001, at which time he began working to create IN PACTA, where he has remained since.
