My emphasis with my personal training is efficiency and lasting instruction. How to make every rep feel the way its supposed to. So not only do you get top level instruction but you will learn and re-educate your own movement patterns in order to execute each exercise as best and as safely as possible. I understand the demands of the work and career life, and whatever time is left over for personal life. So I’ve developed customized workout strategies and routines for people who simply want to get the most out of their time spent on their fitness goals. I guide and instruct in the following areas of fitness: strength, muscle gain or size, (weight) fat loss, flexibility, cross conditioning for sports related activity and multiple joint (neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle) corrective exercise or resistance training to help towards rehabilitation. Along with the private sessions I include in my services: exercise homework and coaching on healthier nutritional habits that involve: customizing daily, weekly or monthly meal plans. We walk through the importance of food selection and it’s advantages and disadvantages played out on the body and your personal health and fitness goals. I’m also passionate about mentoring individuals on staying mindful every day of what they can and cannot control when it comes to staying active. Established in 2013.
I started out training privately a year ago after working in the corporate fitness industry for 7 years. I quickly realized my potential for expanding my services to the greater Seattle area.

I’m currently in my 8th year as a certified personal trainer with 4 certifications from NASM. Starting out in 2007 at a private gym in downtown Seattle, I quickly moved into management and provided help and leadership for my own client base, staff and for the fitness-enthusiastic members as well.
Throughout my health and fitness career I learned to balance expanding my knowledge in the fitness industry, improving my position as a manager and becoming a reliable asset to my fellow trainers. I strive to improve my education and make the client experience enjoyable and memorable with every session.
I have been blessed to work with many people/clients from a plethora of backgrounds and experiences. Each and every employer, coworker, client and gym member I have come into contact with since becoming a trainer has filled my life with priceless and countless rewards. I know I would not be where I am today if it was not for each of their valuable input and support.
