When the IRS relentlessly pursued me for a debt that didn’t belong to me, Christopher Larson agreed to help. I’m sure he had no idea he’d spend 3 years defending me from the charging bull.
Mr. Larson was tenacious, patient, calm and fair. He persistently stayed in my corner. Through his dedication he ended up getting a more than fair settlement with the IRS. He released me from could have been another 10 years of IRS scrutiny. I feel liberated and can finally exhale. I’m so grateful to Mr. Larson and Insight Law.

Unprofessional and demeaning:
I contacted Chris for my wife who had a very disappointing experience with him. She called at the scheduled time, She informed him of her tax issue which she said it is not very familiar with that is only dealt with that a couple times. Perplexed, she asked in a nice way and nice tone how long he has been practicing, which certainly is a legitimate question when assessing a professional’s ability to help you for a complex issue that is within Mr Larson’s claimed area of expertise. He abruptly said he had to go and hung up.
Why he did this? Though an exceptionally accomplished PhD scientist and very successful business person she does have a heavy Chinese accent and in conversation it is clear that English is not her primary language. But the many business people that work with her communicate fine enough.
As a professional, I can say that Mr Larson’s behavior was the opposite of professionalism and customer service — and was absolutely rude and demeaning. Furthermore it does not inspire confidence in his claimed area of expertise.

This was my panic in 2012. The IRS seized $ 150k from my bank account for my tax return filed 6-​years ago. I knew, I was partly to blame, as I lost contact with IRS for three years, due to job changes/​relocations during the period. Alone, I wrote, and appealed to the numerous IRS agencies. There was absolutely no progress, as the income tax was filed in another state (not Washington State), and too much time has past… I was practically giving-​up the fight. I lost faith in American tax-​code and its fairness.
Seeking tax attorney’s help on my IRS issues was my last and very reluctant decision. By doing a simple Google search, I first call Insight Law, and Christopher Larson (I was planning to screen several law firms/​attorneys). My immediate impression of Christopher is that he is a straight shooter, and knows the stuff. I agreed to meet 1×1 with him after our phone call. The take-​aways from our meeting are as follows:
A) there were misjudgments in my income tax filing. More significantly, IRS made some outrageous mistakes. Let’s amend my mistakes, with documented proof (use the standard deduction, instead of itemized deductions).
B) Christopher will drive the IRS to offer me an Audit Reconsideration (for the 6-​year old out-​of-​state income tax return).
C) Insight Law will take a flat fee for this service. It is NOT seeking a deal for a percentage cut on my potential tax seizure refund. (The last word I got from Christopher is that be very patient. It could take several years for my case to be re-​Audited by IRS.)
Two years later, one-​day Christopher called me. IRS finally decide to give me an audit. He attended the audit on my behalf (I was NOT present due to out-​of-​state works). In the final settlement with the IRS, I am expected to recover 70%+ of the IRS seizures.
Throughout my IRS ordeal, Insight Law and Christopher Larson is my calming, and motivating resources. Mr. Larson is crisp, fair, experience, confident what is ahead, and what I need to do. His service fee is a fraction of what the other law firms solicited for my case.
Without Insight Law and Christopher Larson on my side through out my IRS ordeal, I would have given up. I highly recommend Insight Law to the many IRS victims, the people who are about to give-​ups. For the people who are so scared and frustrated by the IRS, this is your empowerment!

I had a procrastination-​caused tax issue that I needed some help with. I was referred to Chris Larson by another attorney. He contacted the IRS within the same day and figured it out for me.
