I’ve been getting great haircuts from Rajpaul for years, and he’s awesome. He knows 1000% more about hair than I do, and so I always trust him to make my hair look great.(My friends tell me he does a great job… I’m too dumb to be able to tell.) Definitely give Integra a try if you’re looking for a new stylist!

I have gotten great haircuts from Erika… she is great. However, since they don’t have a receptionist, I always have to leave a message to get scheduled. And then don’t get called back until the day I want an appointment. This Tuesday, I left a message at the salon, I left a message on Erika’s cell phone and I emailed Erika(which was bounced back) that I wanted to make an appointment for Friday. I heard back from Erika at 11am on Friday that she had a 12 or a 1 open; I called back and left a message saying I could make it. And then I decided just to show up in person, assuming she was busy, after waiting 20minutes I left. I am now looking for another salon. sorry, Erika!

I’ve been going to Rajpaul at Integra for something like 6+ years. My hair is not the easiest to work with(it has thinned quite a bit and is wavy); however Rajpaul from my first visit has always produced great results. As a professional for whom competence at my work is critical and how I dress /style my hair can help or hurt that impression, I enjoy knowing that I’m in good hands and that consistency is there when I need it. It also doesn’t hurt that rates at Integra are reasonable. Re: stylish cuts & colors, I have seen Rajpaul’s work with his other clients and it’s clear he can work with a variety of techniques to suit diverse needs. The other thing I like about his work is that it seems«true» to each of his clients — none ever come out looking like something they’re not. To me, their hair looks great without appearing that they’re trying to hard. Does that make sense? Integra Salon has a very relaxed, casual atmosphere, which is fitting for the neighborhood. In fact, the appearance can seem a little too relaxed, unless you’ve had the pleasure of working with these fine folks. When so many salons try to compete with a cool vibe and staff who look as if they should be clubbing or competing on the latest reality TV show, Integra can seem like it belongs in an earlier time. If you value competent, attentive care, style that works and a good value for your money and your head, then check it out.

I’ve been going to Rajpaul at Integra for about a year now. He is fabulous. He really takes his time to talk with you to make sure the style he gives you works with your lifestyle. But where Raj really shines is when I let him do whatever he wants. I figure, I’m paying him to be the expert, right? Plus, he has fabulous restaurant recommendations. ;)

I have been a client of Rajpaul Dhiman for many years. He does both colouring and haircuts for my hair. He always does an incredible job with my hair. In addition, he also has great suggestions for new looks or stylings, for which I have received many compliments from friends and co-workers. He takes the time to get to know you and what you as a client want done for your hair. He is very meticulous and takes personal pride in a job well done. In the chair he is a pleasure to talk to and also has a wide breadth of knowledge on many topics. He makes the time pass very nicely while your hair is being styled. I highly recommend Rajpaul Dhiman at Integra Hair Design.

My experience with a Integra has been pretty mixed. On a recent occasion, my stylist had me wait for 10 minutes while s/he slept in the back room. The work on my hair has been similarly uninspired. I imagine that results differ with other stylists or client tastes. Mine has been consistently mediocre for the money, which isn’t cheap. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to be spending any of that revenue on support staff for their stylists. There has been no receptionist on staff on my last three visits. When you call, you generally don’t get anyone live. Or worse, they answer the phone while you’re waiting, flipping though schedules while you stare at yourself in the mirror. All in all, Integra feels overpriced for the level of service.
