History

Established in 2004.

Family owned and operated since 2004, James has been in the HVAC field for over 15 years. He worked at a few larger companies but felt that he could do better. He decided to go out on his own to offer customers lower pricing with excellent customer service. We are a sole proprietor with one truck, one full time tech (James) and an HVAC subcontractor we use occasionally for larger jobs. We are a Rheem dealer. Rheem is ranked #1 by consumer reports.com for furnaces and have been at that ranking for a few years now. Although we have a smaller service area than larger companies, we are known for our very competitive pricing & extraordinary customer service in and around West Seattle and the outlying areas. Please call or email our office if you would like more information or want to know if we are able service your area. We hope to expand to a larger service area in the next 1 – 2 years and hope to acquire more service techs to accommodate that goal.

Meet the Business Owner

James N.

Business Owner

James has a long family history in West Seattle. Both his grandfather and his mother owned and operated businesses on the same property we are at today. Born and raised in West Seattle, James attended Chief Sealth high school. Has worked in the HVAC field for over 15 years. James has extensive mechanical skills and excellent problem solving skills. His specialty is gas furnace repair, service and replacement. He is very honest and will listen intently to a customers wants and needs. He will also help a customer come up with the best course of action depending on the issue they are faced with. We welcome all questions and feedback. On a more personal note, James enjoys spending time with his family and friends, 4-wheeling, working on classic cars, and listening to music. In fact, during the snow storms when West Seattle was locked in, James was able to make service calls to customers with a tool bag on the back of his quad. Customers were happy and he had fun. Win-win for both!
