Stay clear of this establishment. My husbands’ elegant Italian suit was shrunk, and we experienced nothing less than inept, inconsiderate, and delayed responses. The new owner seems to know nothing of customer care. There has been no resolution whatsoever. Apparently if something is damaged, lost or mishandled there will be no reasonable or fair outcome.

I WOULDNOT recommend this dry cleaner. I stopped to pick up a handful of formal dresses and summer suits I forgot dropping last fall(until I wanted to wear something) and they informed me that my stuff had either been lost or donated. I have gone to this dry cleaner for 3 years and did not even receive a phone call that they were getting rid of my clothes. The cost to me is at minimum $ 600. They were flippant about my loss and offered nothing in return, not even in an apology. Do not go here, they are not trustworthy.

Walked in at 6:35 on a beautiful day. He re booted up his computer and took care of me. This is the type of business that I want to deal with who puts the customer first. Thanks for being great!

This place is nasty. Kathy once lost five of my shirts and claimed they were not responsible. It took months to negotiate dry cleaning for lost shirts. Money appears to be the only thing that motivates her. I have gone elsewhere, of course.

I’ve taken items to be cleaned here several times and have always been pleased. One time in particular I had a vintage leather jacket cleaned and it turned out to be tricky – they kept at it until everything was perfect at no extra charge. Outstanding.
