Jerry has unclogged my drains several times. Arrives promptly and gets the job done for a reasonable fee.

I hate to write a bad review, but I don’t want a poor homeowner to be caught unaware. I called Jerry’s Sewer and Drain based on a referral from a friend of a friend. When they arrived, they spent all of 1 – 3 minutes looking at my property before they proclaimed(based on a brief visual inspection of the ground alone) that I likely had a cracked sewer line that needed to be replaced and I needed a clean-out installed as well. They then quoted me a rather high price to fix it on the back of a card(that didn’t have their contractor’s license # on it) and left. Skeptical, I did some research and called another reputable company out. They put a camera down my sewer line and cleaned out the blockage in under an hour. As the camera clearly showed, I didn’t have a broken or cracked sewer pipe at all — just a lot of toilet paper that got clogged 27 feet down the line. I can’t say if they do quality work(and to be fair – they might do great work), but I can say that the lack of a contractor’s license number on their card, the lack of a written out bid(which is not worth the paper it’s written on) and the fact that they were trying to get me to complete work that would have been both costly($ 1000+) and unnecessary makes them a business I would prefer to avoid.
