Do not waste your time with this guy. Do not trust Pete Holder for your real estate transaction. I clearly expressed my concerns and requirements for the purchase of a house. He did not do his fiduciary duty and I am now living in a fire hazard of a house. I was clear in the requirements for me to buy and he lied to me. He did not communicate well, was unresponsive, was lacking in any skills. He didn’t provide me with what he communicated to the sellers. I trusted him, but he is only interested in getting paid. I am working on suing him and have filed with Washington State to get his real estate license revoked. I am also going to file with the MLS and National Association of Realtors. I think he and his office manager are pretty slimy people.
