History

Established in 1998.

In 1998 I ended my 11 year career as a commercial fisherman. Over the course of those 11 years I had saved and purchased a handful of houses in the Seattle market. I really enjoyed working with the Seattle real estate market and saw becoming a real estate agent a natural thing to do. Since I was I a child, I was naturally gifted with good negotiation skills. I saw an opportunity to do a lot of good for my clients and put this skill to use. Real estate is complex these days and becoming more so. One thing that I have noticed over the years is that agents typically don’t have a very high skill level when it comes to negotiating on behalf of their clients. I step into my clients shoes and figure out what they want and try to exceed their wants and needs.

I really enjoy developing solutions for my clients that produce great results. My knowledge of the current real estate market far exceeds that of your typical agent. I have successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions in this market. I am passionate about what I do and truly love working with my clients. I find that my success is directly related to the success of my clients, whether it is fulfilling their dreams of home ownership or building a small portfolio of rental properties.
