I booked a flight in December for my mom. We get to the airport and flight does no exist! Her reservation does not exist??? She was going to zimbabwe!!! So disappointed as I have booked many a trip through just fare… this is the last

This is budget travel, expect no frills. Let me repeat that:

Okay, now that’s out of the way, let me say that I’ve flown to Europe and Africa thanks to JustFare.com’s help. They were great, getting me good seats and very good prices. Sure, no frills, take care of your own mileage and other minor issues – these guys get you the ticket – anything more is a bonus. I recommend
to all my friends that are considering travel, some have listened and been happy. Others went with the Big Names travel sites and gotten tickets, sure, but at a much higher price. Me? I’ll save $ 100s on a flight and deal with the details directly with the airline. Viva Just Fares!
BTW, I have no affiliation with Just Fares… None at all. I just really like their service.

Kyle was extremely helpful and friendly while I was booking my ticket with him — a complicated round the world flight. However afterward he has given me basically no support even when i asked for it. Many of the times on the itin I was sent were wrong, a couple emails were not returned, and baggage allowances/​frequent flier numbers were not put in nor checked on. If you need budget help but little to no support then this is ok.

Woah! I have had an AWFUL experience with these people. I would not reccommend them to an enemy!
They «booked» our tickets in April, then said there was a problem and they had to re-​confirm them. They have been saying this for a month. Then for two weeks they told us it was done but always «forgot» to send us confirmation.
I still don’t know if they’ve actually booked any tickets at all.
And the college class that I’m teaching in Malaysia is leaving in two weeks. I am supposed to have 14 tickets for students…

I just took a very complicated trip through Europe with 6 different international stops, and it changed a few times during the planning phase. My experience with Kyle and Just Fares was amazing for many reasons.
1. They let me email them my itinerary and they got it all sorted without a long phone call.
2. They not only saved me $ 800 on the lowest fare I could find on all the regular websites from Kyak to Expedia and beyond, but they also got me on one flight with a friend of mine for no extra money.
3. When I needed any additional changes or information they were quick to help and easy to deal with.
4. They imput all my frequent flyer miles and made my trip a pleasure.
I will use them again and very highly recommend giving them a try. they are amazing! Thanks Kyle for all your help!
