Business Owner
Mark has been a member of KBM and its predecessor firm, Law Office of Robert C. Keating since 1979. He was a founder of the firm, and served as the President, Managing Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1982 – 2011. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas including civil rights litigation, police liability, employment law, personal injury, and complex litigation involving governmental operations, and policy development and review. In addition to his busy litigation practice, Mark also serves as General Counsel for Washington Cities Insurance Authority, and has been their General Counsel since 1981. WCIA is Washington State’s largest and oldest self-insurance pool for government entities.
