After graduating from WSU in 2002 with a degree in Communications and Business Management, Kevin joined the mortgage industry where he quickly earned the reputation as a top producer and a leader. He advanced rapidly, gaining experience as a Loan Officer, a Wholesale Account Executive and a Production Manager. Kevin later transitioned from the mortgage industry to become a full time real estate agent in 2006. Kevin makes his living selling and managing real estate and he also owns and manages 3 investment multi-​family buildings in Queen Anne and Kirkland. Kevin’s extensive knowledge of both the mortgage transaction and all property types gives him a competitive advantage when advising clients on the best decisions to make to achieve their goals. His primary focus is to maximize efficiency, while making the process of buying or selling real estate a unique and enjoyable experience for his clients.
