She offers the finest pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting and other services to help stop the worry while you’re at work or out of town. I heart Lady Di’s, but more importantly, so does my dog Charley. He’s an aging rescue dog with some serious trauma — not the easiest fellow, in other words. Sarah, Noah and Jasmine treat him like part of the family. There are no words for how amazing it feels to leave them in their capable and loving hands when I can’t be with him. They’ve also been incredibly kind and flexible with every special request we’ve ever had, and always seem aware of what’s going on for him, from sensitivity to a new diet to the sniffles. I can’t recommend them enough!

Don’t know what I’d do without Lady Di! Sarah and her crew take great care of my dog while I’m away. They’ve been lifesavers accommodating my sometimes last-​minute travel schedules, and it’s so nice not having to worry about if my dog is OK when I’m not around. Love the retrofitted house with its open layout and plenty of outside access. Always comfortable boarding my dog here while traveling — highly recommend!

Sarah has been taking our puppy for daily 30 min walks (while we’re at work) for months. Sarah is great on reporting all the necessary information and is always open to suggestions. I recommend.

Our pug puppy Penny has gone to Lady Di for daycare almost a dozen times now and we’re so pleased! She just had her first overnight stay last night and it was such a relief being able to enjoy ourselves knowing she was in good hands. We love how flexible they are and that we don’t need to book anything too far in advance. It’s great that she’s socializing with so many other dogs and the whole set-​up (no kennels or cages) makes her feel just at home. The fact that they’re one block away helps too!

I’m so thankful that I found Lady Di Pet Chaperone. I don’t feel nearly as guilty going off to work everyday when I know my fur child is being well taken care of. I love that this is a family run business, and is located in the heart of the West Seattle Junction. They also have really long weekday hours, and full days on weekends, so I never feel rushed having to pick the dog up, and can get in some gym time after work and still make it over before they close. I left my dog there for a week long vacation over Christmas and they sent me email updates and posted FB pics every couple days so I would know she was doing ok. Highly recommended.

I used Sarah’s cat sitting services for the first time recently for several days while we were on vacation.
Our two cats are highly social and experience stress (vomit, anxiety, etc.) when we are out traveling. They are very playful and bored to tears when there is no one around to play with them. She was great, our cats quickly adjusted to her.
During my interactions with her, she was patient and thorough with the questions I had. Highly communicative and responsive. Our cats were well adjusted when we returned, which definitely reflected Sarah’s care.
Mostly importantly when we travel, I now have the peace of mind not having to worry if our pets are okay.

Lady Di has been wonderful to my husband and I’s furry children. Our work travel schedules change quickly so we often need last minute doggie care. Lady Di gives us one less thing to worry about while traveling. HUGE RELIEF! Our dogs are not are not model citizens; one of our naughty dogs has been asked not to come back to 2 daycares. I think it’s because the other 2 daycares did not know how to work with behavior issues. Lady Di has been wonderful in snuggling and loving our kids.
Best of all our dogs come back tired and happy. Their hours are great too!

You won’t find a better place that will make your pet feel right at home. It’s a great mix of dogs getting to play hard with their animal and people buddies, snuggle time on couches and beds and most importantly to me they have outside access all day. No warehouse type facility where they learn to potty indoors and bad habits start– I recommend them to my all clientele and there isn’t a better place in Seattle for daycare and boarding– even my cats get checked on by them when I leave town!

Sarah has been a wonderful second mother to our dog Phoebe. Lots of walks, time to play in the kiddie pool (on hot summer days), and tons of snuggle time. We’ve used her services for over a year and have nothing but happy thoughts!

I’m sorry to have to say that under new management, I would not recommend Lady Di.
This saddens me because I have used her for over 10 years and was very comfortable with the founder.
The new manager, Sarah, asked me to pay 100% prior to her providing service. I’d never been asked to do this by the founder. I even offered to pay a portion now and then the remainder when I returned from my trip. It does not seem like a good idea to pay up front for pet services when you haven’t had a chance to determine if your animals are well and taken care of properly.
I found a different pet sitter and will not use Lady Di again. Customer loyalty should be respected and appreciated. Even the new pet sitter I found didn’t ask for 100% up front. I think Sarah will have a hard time being successful.

WOW Horrible!!! On the first day of our 6 month old puppy who is only 40lbs… apparently jumped the fence and/​or ran out and was lost. We visited Lady Di last week and saw how you have to be called in and there are two fences that you have to go through… so no idea how they were able to loose our dear sweet puppy… whom I have never seen jump over anything above a coffee table height. Thankfully one of her neighbors found him down the street. I am horrified and never returning again. So very thankful for the neighbor who found him.

She has taken great care of my cats and rats when I leave town for days. When I forgot to leave instructions to empty the litter box she saw it and emptied it anyway. I’m just starting to leave my dog with her as a drop in guest.

They are great. There is a wonderful back yard and lots of people who care about dogs at Lady Di’s. The dogs are free to play and sleep. A very homey welcoming place. My dogs have been going there for 2 & ½ years now and we love it!

Lady Di recently watched my old pug and two cats (one indoor and one outdoor) and flawlessly took care of them while our family was away on vacation. I was concerned because our pets our in their golden years and the pug requires special care. She did great. In fact, I think I’ve possibly returned to over pampered (spoiled) pets!
I highly recommend their services.
