Business Owner

Growing up in Morocco, a daily trip to the market with my parents was always a new experience. I learned what items were of quality, what to mix with which spices, and overall knowledge of different types of fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins.

It was only natural to continue my love of food, hospitality, and bringing together friends and family so, I decided to pursue my interest in the food industry. I graduated from the Institute of Hotel and Tourism Technology in Fez, Morocco in 1997.

With my 19 years of experience in the food, wine, and hospitality industry, I am passionate about how flavorful ingredients, prepared with love, and shared with others, creates much more than a meal: it enriches our culinary culture.
