I was in desperate need of a leather cleaner after I found mold on my Alexander Wang purse. Prestige was the 1^st place I went to.
The man at the counter was very knowledgeable about the process that the cleaners would perform on my purse. He discussed the possible changes that could happen to my bag after cleaning.
I picked it up today and everything seems fine! The leather feels alittle rougher than before, like maybe the cleaning solution takes off a certain chemical in the leather that made it shiny? But I don’t see any discoloration mark where the mold was. And the nylon lining is pristine and the whole bag smells great.
Their parking is very limited, but atleast there is a traffic light to allow you turn left and get in/​out of the parking area.

I bought a used wedding dress online that had stains that were probably about two years old. The dress is made of silk and lace so I was concerned that the spots weren’t going to come out. The lace and hemline were dirty, there was presumably a white wine stain on the front, and a tiny dark spot on the back of the dress. I was referred to Prestige by my local dry cleaner and initially contacted them via email. I received a prompt, helpful response and made arrangements for cleaning. They were very accommodating and let me bring the dress by when they were normally not open because I live four hours away.
I just got the dress back this weekend and it looks brand new! I am so, so happy with the results. The dress was returned to me in less than two weeks so they work quickly. They also had their seamstress do some simple tear repairs on the inside lining.
I am very pleased with the results and customer service provided by Prestige. I highly recommend them! They also have a drop off/​pick up location in Portland, OR which is convenient for us Oregonians. I will be returning to utilize their wedding dress preservation service after my wedding.

Personally recommended by Luly Yang herself (on who would best care for my custom-​made Luly Yang gown), I didn’t hesitate to take my dress here for cleaning & boxing. Friendly staff, but not my favorite location (a bit of a distance from my SE Everett home)… oh well, gave me a couple of excuses to get down to ‘the big city”.

I had to get a wedding dress cleaned between two sets of receptions, and had managed to get dirt and grass ground into the hem of the dress. Although they did warn me that they might not be able to get it out, I got the dress back pristinely clean. AND a week earlier than it was initially promised.
After the second reception I had them clean the dress again, and this time package it up for storage. Again they got the work done a week earlier.
They packed it in a nice and sturdy box that survived a double flight back to my new house as checked baggage.
Getting a wedding dress cleaned is not cheap, and I did look online for other companies who could do it at slightly cheaper prices. I chose this place because they seemed to know what they were doing and the seamstress working on my dress also recommended it. Although their website is not great, I could not be happier with their service.

This place definitely deserves a 5-​star rating!
Real quick I’ll explain how I got to them in the first place.
I had some issues with HiTech Cleaners in Bellevue after dropping off my leather jacket there. A month and a half later they still had my jacket and still weren’t able to solve the problem. I asked for either a refund, or for replacement of the lining (the outside of the jacket was fine but the lining got stained while there!) and they said the leather cleaning company in Seattle to whom they send all the leather decides what happens next. I asked for the leather cleaner’s number, they refused to give it to me, saying I’ll be contacted in a week or so.
Well I wasn’t going to wait any longer. My patience ran out, so I went online and did a search for Leather Cleaning in Seattle. Prestige Cleaners and Leather Care popped up, I called them and asked them if they do cleaning for HiTech Cleaners, the answer was yes… and finally, I was able to explain my situation to somebody who had the patience to listen, and the courtesy to not cut me off mid-​sentence and raise their voice at me!
I apologize for not remembering the lady’s name, but she was the one who talked to the alterations person about replacing the lining on my jacket, and she was the one who shipped it over-​night so I could, after about 7 weeks, have my leather jacket back, thank you very much!
She went above and beyond, she apologized about the whole situation (even though it wasn’t her fault!), and thus she made me decide that from now on, I’ll be taking all my leather to Prestige Cleaners!

Truly a great place to trust your special garments with. As a husband who truly cares about his wifes happiness, this place has been absolutely outstanding when it came to cleaning and boxing up her wedding dress. The employee Yolanda stayed open for me an extra half hour on a saturday as I got stuck in traffic to drop off the wedding dress. When I hit there the service was wonderful as she answered Ll my wifes questions and concerns and put my wife at ease. I will definitely use then for all my leather and high end garments cleaning. I truly recommend them to everyone I know.

A few years ago (2007−8ish) I had brought in my treasured suede jacket that had been pooped on by a flying city rat (pigeon). A good jacket is like an extension of one’s self. I was distraught. After going through the five stages of grief I brought in the jacket, doubtful that it could be cleaned. They told me that the jacket may shrink, get lighter in color, etc (it had never been cleaned before). A few weeks later I got it back and it looked brand new. I couldn’t have been happier.
I recently looked at some Google reviews of this place and found them to be quite negative. I have no idea how their business is now. I guess I was lucky.

A few weeks ago I was walking to the bus stop. I somehow managed to get the back of my leathercoat covered in paint. I went online and did some mad searches trying to figure out how to clean my coat. Well none of those worked that well so I ran a google search and found this place.
There was one review that suggested they steal your garments and clothing. It kinda freaked me out but I was desperate. I called them and a nice lady answered the phone I brought the coat in and they said they would see what they could do.
A week and a half later I got notice that the coat had come back and it looked great. I was very happy with the results and the guy that works there is very friendly.
If you need something leather cleaned they are the place to go as it’s their specialty.
