As owner of Legal Media, I provide consultation services to law firms and litigation attorneys needing assistance with the production of visual evidence. I review the case with my clients to identify where graphic evidence would be most effective. I coordinate the overall visual presentation with the other experts involved in the case. Once a strategic plan is in place I produce the graphics that will be used during the trial

or during the settlement phase.

Business Owner

Legal Media (then called Legal Graphics) was founded by Aaron Weholt in 1980. Thirty years ago, the legal community had very few professional-​service options for creating, developing and presenting demonstrative evidence. Legal Graphics was created to fill that need and, since that time, Aaron has been dedicated to bringing the latest technological developments in graphics into the courtroom.

In 1997, Legal Graphics was acquired by IKON Office Solutions. As manager of IKON’s Trial Graphics Division for the Northwest region, Aaron continued to hone his expertise in the development of demonstrative evidence. His field work included the initial analysis of cases, review of documents and other expert work product, synthesis of facts for the production of the visuals, the design of the overall presentation and, if required, testifying at trial regarding the admissibility of the exhibits.

In 2001, Aaron returned to private practice and founded Legal Media Experts, based in Seattle.
