Reasonable pricing. We were able to get a same day appointment which was great! Alex was very thorough with his inspection of the sewer line. After the inspection we were given a drive with video of inspection along with thorough write up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of getting sewer line inspected and would use their service again in the future if needed.

We had Alex/​Lighthouse come out to scope a sewer line for a pre-​inspection on a house we were putting an offer on. We got about half way through the inspection when we hit a block and couldn’t scope the rest of the way. He marked the area of the blockage with spray paint and suggested we deroot/​clear the blockage and to get it inspected again when cleared. We were lucky enough to have the seller clear the line but they wouldn’t reinspect it for us. Alex came back to do another inspection free of charge.
Alex is professional, knowledgeable, honest and keeps a clear work space. He uses the latest technology/​equipment to do the inspection as well.

First time I have used Lighthouse and I’m very happy with service I received
1) I needed a sewer inspection done within two days, and I got a slot for the next day. Scheduling was easy.
2) I was going to be 30 mins late, but Alex stayed and waited for me. did not charge me for extra time he had to wait.
3) Very fast service. Alex move very fast but without checking out list of items he needed to go through first.
4) Alex was very cordial, professional and well-​mannered. I enjoyed interacting with him, and even threw a few jokes around.
5) His rate is comparable to others for $ 220 you get the same if not better service from him than others.
6) I asked him if he can mark where an intersection in sewer line was to possible where I can access it; and he did; with spray paint and a wooden stake. Other inspection companies probably would not have done that. they only mark if there’s damage.
7) I appreciate his camera equipment. he uses advance camera equipment for his work.
8) He posts a video of inspection in YouTube for my future use and reference.

I have used Lighthouse Sewer to scope the sewer lines for my clients and every time Alex has been professional and helpful.
