TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DISHONEST SALESPERSON. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNWILLINGNESS TO DO WHAT WAS RIGHT. I was lied to about cost and then my things were held hostage until I paid the extra money. When I was quoted (by Salesperson Mark Evans) my «WILL NOT EXCEED» quote the possible cost of the shuttle at the destination was never discussed. I was sold on the fact that my total cost would not go up above my quote no matter what. The day before the move date, the driver and I spoke on the phone and he told me a shuttle was needed. My move coordinator nor my sales person ever told me of this possibility. The additional cost put me well over budget. Had I known this was a possibility I would not have used Atlas. I would have done a UHAUL myself.
After I found out about the shuttle cost from the driver (nearly 20% increase in total cost!!), I reached out to the move coordinator and the sales person who did absolutely nothing to help me. Several emails were exchanged and basically they avoided taking any action until it was too late because my stuff was loaded and on route to the destination. When they arrived to deliver my things, we still hadn’t sorted it out and the driver refused to unload my things until he «got the green light» which meant I either had to pay the difference I had never agreed to or I had to continue to fight about it while a moving truck was in the street waiting to unload. I finally had to just pay it or they weren’t going to give me my belongings back.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never use Lincoln/​Atlas again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I want a refund for the destination shuttle.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

So I’m currently in the military and we recently PCS’d from Hawaii to Colorado Springs. Crown Relocations helped us move our HHG’s. Long story short, I’m missing my 32″ HDsmartTV. This guy, that goes by the name St Butac, created the special items list and deliberately left that tv out. I’m sure you guys are thinking, «What if it was a mistake?»… hhhmmm, list all my other high value items and «mistakenly» leave out my HDsmartTV?! Right sure, mistake.
And yes I know, I understand my wife didn’t carefully go over the list before she signed it, but for them to trick us like that, it’s just terribly wrong and bad for business.
I want people to know that workers in Crown Relocations are working with other people inside Lincoln Movers and stealing peoples stuff. And they’re getting away with it time after time! Somebody needs to stop these f*ckers!
This isn’t the only time this happened. I recently talked with my Sergeants and I’ve been told this kind of stuff happens all the time. They’re stealing TVs to kids dirt bikes! I just want people to be aware. Please go over your list carefully.
These workers are purposely leaving out high value items, hoping you won’t notice, so afterwards they can steal it. And once you sign and your items are shipped. You’re f***ed. No documentation of the item, meaning it wasn’t in their possession. File all the lost item claims you want and they’ll just reply back saying, «there is no proof of tender to the TSP for this item. We’re unable to consider payment.»
Hopefully I don’t have to move overseas again, because I hate to do business with these people again.
And they have the nerve to reply saying, «we trust you understand our position on this matter.» b*tch, you’re probably in it too.
Is this how Crown Relocations and Lincoln Movers treat our service members?!?

Oh look, negative reviews on Unilocal?Let’s change our name so we can fool people. Take a look at Loln Moving and storage — hmmm.
Here’s a thought — provide better service and don’t destroy the belongings of your customers and earn positive reviews honestly.
Seriously! Don’t make the same mistake we did. Every day I have to sit on my couch that was dropped (?). Did you know a couch could be destroyed from the inside? Oh, and what about the $$$$$ wool rug that was sliced into.

I’m happy to leave the first review for Lincoln Moving and Storage! After several moves over the last 5 years I was burnt out on having to manage and move all of my belongings. Lincoln made my last move easier than ever before! Highly recommend using them due to their great customer service!

Be careful what they tell you in a long distance move. This company had over a month to get my belongings to me and yet are unable to get them to me within less than a week of my arrival. I was told my items would be sent to a warehouse at my destination (which makes sense) however, they stored it in their warehouse instead in Seattle and now I will be forced to live in an empty apartment for over a week. Let’s just hope they are able to not break everything I own.
