Finding a wedding photographer can be stressful, but if you are lucky enough to have stumbled across Liz’s work and are now looking through her reviews, you can stop searching! One of my family members is a photographer and helped me weed through some photographers I had found online. Immediately after seeing Liz’s work, they said «go with her!» After that, we scheduled a meeting. Liz is just the best; friendly, fun, and lives a very cool life. She’s exactly the kind of person you want to share such an intimate/​special day with. Side note: we did not use Liz for our engagement photos, as we had the family member take them, but in retrospect, I would recommend all couples do so. Why? Because it would be another opportunity to get to know Liz better and for her to get to know you.
We got married in Wicker Park and knew we wanted some photos around the neighborhood, but other than that we were very vague. The spots she chose and shots in each place went above and beyond anything we had imagined. She made everything feel very fun, but she was also very good at keeping a large group of people on track and on time. Our bridal party and family loved her as much we do, and are still (months later) talking about how awesome she is.
Not only does Liz Lui deliver incredibly gorgeous photos, she is a delightful human to be around and will take amazing care of you on your very special day. I can’t recommend her enough!
