Wonderful atmosphere and very fast and friendly service. I went here for lunch with a friend and we split an order of salad rolls and grilled chicken fried rice. the dishes were delicious, filling and left me wondering what I should try there next! Too bad I live in Bellingham or I would become a regular at this place! P. S. Check out the jellyfish aquarium while you’re there. It’s pretty cool!

Two words — duck curry! Good size meals, friendly staff and a great menu with plenty to choose from. I went to long provincial twice in one week that’s how good the good was, and so fresh too

The fish dill soup was so good and authentic. Ca kho to(braised fish in coconut juice) was fillet and perfectly seasoned. The long beans with tofu was perfected with sautéed garlic. No grease here folks. The stir fried beef with watercress salad is exactly how I would make it at home. Yummy! The restaurant décor is simple and understated. Love it! This is a surprise gem in Seattle for us Californians. Thumbs up!!!

Amazing chicken fried rice and chicken phở! Lots of flavor and super fresh ingredients in both. Good prices as well. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

We ate here not once but twice on a recent visit to Seattle. Highly recommend the drunken clams, mango salad with prawn, and bun bo la lot. Very nice ambiance and reasonable prices. I would skip the phở bo here though and order the seafood dishes instead.

This place is very huge inside. It has a nice quiet setting that is in contrast to the busy street outside. The food here is like a Vietnamese tapas restaurant. Small dishes to share with everyone at the table. We ordered several items off the menu such as rolls, noodles, and shrimp. I can’t remember all the names but we loved the abundance of dipping sauce for many of the dishes. We all sampled lots of plates and did not find one thing we did not like. We especially liked the salad… I think it was a green mango salad. We ordered it twice because we liked it so much.

The food is really good and fresh!!! I was quite surprised that it was gonna be so authentic because it’s in dt and it’s a really nice place. Usually places like this usually caters to «non Asians» and the food is not as good. We ordered a bunch of stuff and everything was scrumptious!!! The device was really great and food came out really fast! Will def come here again next time we visit!

AMBIENT One of the nicest Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to in term of the setting! I LOVE the interior décor. The moment I walked into the restaurant, I already became fond of the place because of the nice waiting area. This is such a nice hidden gem. The overall lighting is dark room and romantic candle lights. Perfect for a date night. They also have a very fancy and modern looking bar inside the dinning area. FOOD My bf ordered the Phở, and THISPHOISSOLEGIT. The beef was sliced and cooked JUSTRIGHT. I usually do not eat beef but this was so good even I liked it! I ordered the tree rolls(I am a big fan of vietnamese spring rolls), and tbh it’s one of the best viet spring rolls I’ve had, even comparing to the ones I had in Vietnam! SERVICE The server was kind and attentive. He treated us with smile on his face always. Although when we first walked in, there was no one greeting us until the chef saw us waiting and called the waiter over. It was okay because I understand that it was a slow night for them(I went around 10:20pm), and they only had one waiter serving and bringing guests to tables. Overall, I’d recommend this place for anyone else visiting Seattle! Definitely a place to try :)

This place is fancy! Coming from the bay area, most Vietnamese restaurants there do not have décor like this place. This restaurant not only has a fancy atmosphere feel, but also great food. My girlfriend had the tree spring roll and i ordered the phở dac biet.(5⁄5) The phở broth was really good, compared to what I’ve had in the bay area, it was just as good if not better than some places there. There was not much people there when I went on a Saturday night, but this place definetely deserves more people coming. The service was great and food, atmosphere as well, what more can you ask for?

Perfect for: healthy brunch when out shipping for entertainment with a friend/lover. All the food options around Pike’s Market are heavy, gluten loaded, fatty friend bloating blaaaaaaaaah! Longs, not so. Super yummy. Now ready for the second round of window shopping

Yum! Definitely looking forward to coming back here. It is hidden away on 2nd in this little Belltown neighborhood near the Moore Theater, so I was surprised I had never stumbled upon it before last week — I’ve spent many a weekend at various establishments in this area and have friends who live around here. The green papaya salad with prawns was spot on. Great flavors and a generous serving of shrimp on top. I will definitely come back for this menu item! The veggie spring roll bun was delicious — I haven’t had the clear wrap spring rolls in a bun before so I was happily surprised. Inside there was taro!(my fave!) along with other tasty veggies. The vermicelli was done just right, and mixed well with just the right about of sprouts, carrots, radish, cilantro, etc, in the bowl. It was a little on the pricey side for a vegetarian bun, but well worth the price tag. The lily halibut was fresh and had a unique mushroom oyster sauce flavored sauce over it. Due to the fact that we ordered way too much food for two people this dish became cold quickly and was not as good as when it was hot out of the oven/pan. Next time I will order less and eat any fish dish first. All in all a great meal. The service was great and I only had to ask for more water once. After that it was refilled almost as soon as I drank it. There was also interesting décor in here with expensive alcohols sitting up on the displays usually displaying buddhas or relics of that sort. Nice little place tucked away on the corner. I will be back to try more items off of this unique menu.

Long is probably one of the fanciest Vietnamese restaurants that I have been to so far since the places(i.e. Phở Bang in NYC) that I go to are quick no frills and kinda unsanitary Vietnamese restaurants. The décor is modern with some Asian influence. There’s also mini candles at each table which gives a romantic vibe. In my opinion, the food here is pretty amazing. My friends and I actually came here two days in a row for dinner. This was probably the best meals during my trip to Seattle. For the 1st time, I got the grilled pork with noodles and it was delicious and flavorful. The grilled pork wasn’t burnt at all. For the 2nd time, I got Phở with well done beef and tripe. It was amazing and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The Phở broth was so good too! I also got to try the spring rolls which was tasty as well. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food served to you. If I visit Seattle again one day, I’ll make sure that I’m coming here again. I recommend!

Easy to walk by this place, it’s almost hidden on the corner just look for the huge heavy wood door. The menu is extensive. Never had a dish I didn’t like here. Prices are super reasonable especially considering the location. Staff is very a gracious and accommodating. My family can be a bit of a pain in the ass… This is my mother’s favorite restaurant and she was a Four Seasons chef for over 20 years. Happy hour is a steal! They could use a little remodel and maybe some new chairs but with the prices so cheap they probably can’t afford too!

We decided we wanted some phở during our visit to Seattle and this was the closest place. Ambiance was romantic? Restaurant was dimly lit, but I don’t know if they were just trying to save energy or something because vietnamese food is not really romantic to me. Food was okay. I am spoiled and very picky about my phở, though, so for a casual phở go-er this should hit your cravings fairly well. I also ordered a vietnamese iced coffee. They don’t even give you enough coffee to fill the glass… Plenty strong though! Service was lacking… I think they were understaffed. They also forgot my coffee, and I had to remind them twice. Phở took about 15 minutes to come out, which is odd to me. Broth was a little on the sweeter side. Rare beef was tender. Phở broth was not hot enough for me(it must have been sitting out for a bit before being served to me). Overall, average phở place that they try to pass off as a fine dining type establishment.

With a strong asian influence there are plenty of places to pick from but we were lucky enough to select the perfect place for phở and prawn fried rice. The phở was hearty even though we had the tofu with fresh veggies and a delicious veggie broth. The rice was comfort food on a cold Seattle night. The dish was simple but made very well. Did not taste greasy and there was a generous helping of prawns. We actually made the mistake of ordering the phở and rice because the phở was plenty of food. The service is great and fast and the portions are generous.

Oh my phở! OH. MY. PHO! Hands down, the best freaking phở I have ever had in my life! I ordered the fried tofu phở, which came chock full of veggies and a broth that was actually veggie based instead of chicken/beef. There was nothing watered down or boring about the dish which is what happens when you order something vegetarian. It usually feels like an afterthought on a menu, and Long Provincial did not fall into that box. You can tell that they took the time and effort to create a vegetarian friendly(I’m not vegetarian but enjoy a mainly vegetarian diet) item that was made with thought and care. I honestly couldn’t get over how delicious it was and so perfect for the chilly, rainy Seattle weather. My friend and I also shared the prawn fried rice. The prawns were huge, sweet and cooked to perfection. I hate it when shrimp are undercooked like so many other places, and here they were light pink and tender. I enjoyed every single bite. The portions here are huge and that left us no room for dessert. Oh what I would have done to have one more meal at LPV! Just one more reason I need to return to Seattle!

I always made a point to come here every time I’m Seattle because the food was always amazing but unfortunately the quality of this restaurant has gone down. We came here last night for dinner and it just looked unkept. The chairs were torn up and falling apart and it felt dirty in there. The food was not up to par. We ordered the squid satay and they came out super small and sad looking! My mom’s rice plate had grilled pork that wasn’t even grilled. She thinks they pre made it simply heated it up for her when she ordered it. My husband’s bun no hue didn’t have all the authentic ingredients and my cabbage salad was bitter! Service was lacking as well. They still have the best banh knot though! But very unlikely that I would come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Got the Banh Cuon Dac Biet today and it was delicious! The portion was definitely enough for me. I love banh cuon because it has minced meat and mushrooms inside the steamed rice paper! One of the few places that actually has this on their menu around my work place. Can’t wait to taste the next victim on the menu! :D

So happy I tried this spot right after work yesterday! They’ve got a happy hour menu from like 4 – 6 I think. It’s right on the corner of the street with a giant sign that says Long. I got: — pork patty spring roll(so good! they add the crispy roll inside of it, not all places do that) — small phở special hold the tripe — bill was about $ 10.00 They also have drink specials for happy hour too. Not busy at all when I was in there, only one other diner. kinda a fancier place for a phở joint. But they’ve got what it takes for phở, they’re broth was tasty, and the sprouts were on the fresher side.

Craving for semi-late night phở? You have to come here! We were at my hotel(The Motif) a few blocks away and we were craving for PHO! This was the closest nearby that stayed open until 12am. In the midst of our semi-drunkness decisions, we chose to walk here on a Sunday Night at 10:50pm just for phở. It was about a 9 min walk from our hotel. The walk there? Not to great. It was extremely windy and cold. However, that did prepare us even more for phở once we got there! We had a party of 9 and most of them ordered phở, while I ordered a rice plate. my rice plate was yummy, but not as yummy as the phở that my boyfriend got. Man, their broth reminded me a lot of home! Unfortunately, I was not able to get photos of our food because we were too hungry and a little tipsy, but I would highly recommend this place if you want to try out some good phở!

We ordered the Bun Bo Hue(spicy noodle soup, the Vietnamese Crêpe(Banh xeo), and the Bun dac biet(combination noodles with fish sauce). The food came out decently quickly. We enjoyed the crêpe’s crispness and flavor. The crêpe had shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, shrimp, squid, and pork. It was very flavorful in the fish sauce.(4⁄5) The Bun Bo Hue lacked depth of flavor, but it did its job. Nothing special.(3⁄5) The Bun Dac Biet was the best out of the 3. The meat was moist and tender, and we liked how the meat was barbecued without being too salty. We also liked the sugar cane.(5⁄5) I recommend this dish! In general, this place is decently authentic despite the upscale décor. I would come back again! Prices aren’t as cheap compared to ID but it does its job for food in downtown. As for the ambience — the restaurant is too dark for my taste, and they play Vietnamese music in the background.

Really interesting place with a mixture of bright lighting and dark corners, purple, LOTS of purple, some dusty faraway bottles, and a few HGTV projects away from being really damn swanky. There appears to be both a restaurant and bar, with Asian karaōke-like music playing throughout. Fascinating. I am a fan of their spring rolls. In fact so much, I wish I had ordered 2 different kinds and ate them until my heart was completely full. I think I ordered some kind of pork variety. The chicken phở was good, but man, that chicken was so dry. And there was so much of it. It’s almost if they boiled it twice. Despite some of it’s shortcomings, it was a reasonable meal in a hood that appeared to be limited in it’s phở selections at 8 pm on a Sunday, so Long Prov is a little better than A-OK in my book.

Came around 11:30am on a Saturday morning and appeared to be the first group here. –The phở is sweet and flavorful, but oily. Eating it will make you feel like you have a thick layer of lip gloss. –The spring roll sampler is a great deal! $ 12 for three kinds of long, thick spring rolls cut in half. –Bone marrow is delicious, especially paired with the sauce they provided. But I wish they gave bread or something to balance out the strong taste of bone marrow –Waitress was kind and attentive
