I could have given them zero stars if that was an option. Even after confirming twice that the food would get here(they said the wait was 90 mins) they did not deliver. Moreover when i called, they yelled at me that I had given them a wrong address. This is the second time they have promised and not delivered. THEYARECHEATS.

It’s okay if you want greasy, overpriced pizza and you don’t want to get out of bed. They did deliver right to the door, that amazed me, it rarely happens! To describe what I ordered it was a pepperoni gluten free pizza and BBQ wings. Why I got it: I didn’t want to go out during the National College Championships. Would I go again: No. To me this place is a last resort, like few others said same standard as Domino or Little Caesars, but I haven’t been to those places in a long time but I’m pretty sure they were more filling than this place. Next time: I’m going to pick up a pizza at a place I can trust and is worth the price.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks online at work. I should have printed the confirmation page! When I arrived to pick it up, they said it was sent to the wrong store. Even though the confirmation page said the correct address on Thomas. The breadsticks were already ready, but they said they would start the pizza right away. I guess the breadsticks didn’t go to the wrong store ;) Then they said that I still had to pay for the pizza, that only the breadsticks went through on my card. I logged into my account on my phone and it had the correct full price on my pending activity. In after about 10 minutes of waiting and sorting this out, I walked out with my breadsticks and a free large pizza. It was an upgrade from what I ordered, but the incorrect cheese. Still, who’s going to complain too much if it was free, and delicious.

This is definitely a good choice but the best? I’m not sure… in a hood with all sorts of hip places Mad Pizza contends but doesn’t stand out.

I ordered from this place a few times for work and won’t ever again. The pizza is meh, same standard as Dominos or Little Caesars. They have a creative menu but the food doesn’t taste very good. The service is horrible. Every time I ordered from them, they would be late. Every single time, they would forget one of the pies and/or the drinks. Not good when the point of ordering the food is to have it there for a business meeting. The attitude of the drivers also was terrible. Food: 2 Service: 0 Ambiance: NA Parking: NA

In a word… Done. I’m writing this as I stare at yet… Again the wrong pizza order delivered to my home. I was told not to order here as my guest expressed concern with too many wrong orders being sent to us in the past. I gave it a shot anyway. Never again. Wrong crust, Wrong sauce(previously) Missing toppings(this time) I guess there is truth in a name. This pizza has made me quite Mad.

New to the area, ordered a large half & half and greek salad. Ordering online is a nice touch, although the workflow of the online ordering system feels counter-intuitive. Also beware that it doesn’t integrate with a credit card processing system; if you typo your CC# it won’t fail(but I’m sure they’ll call you and let you know). Delivery guy was super nice, called first to let me know he was on the way. From order to the call was only like 15 minutes, much quicker than expected. The pizza arrived hot, although so did the salad(carried in the pizza bag I guess). The salad and dressing both looked really good(homemade dressing of some sort), but the lack of flavor was a little disappointing. The salad was a little below average… not a lot of spice for a greek salad, and not enough banana peppers(shoulda been diced, not whole). The pizza itself is outstanding… I’m pretty picky about pizza, and this place makes one of the best I’ve had. Not too much sauce or cheese, but plenty of toppings and not greasy at all. Perfectly thin crust, but not so thin as to not be filling.(Side note: I asked for a well done bake). Lots of creative pizzas on the menu. I got half Prozac pie, half Joel’s special or whatever it’s called. It’s also really good the next day cold. Portion size is pretty significant, such that one adult can get at least 3 – 4 meals out of it. I will definitely be trying this place again in the future.

Had the rainbow and cheese pizza delivered to the office for lunch. They were both delicious!

Wait: 15m at 12:30 — not too bad, still had plenty of time to eat lunch and get back to work! Texture: GF Crust was not chewy– for once, I didn’t feel like I was gnawing away at cardboard! Only downside is that GF is not available by the slice, medium(12″) only — but not too expensive and super convenient to SLU!

First visit was tasty but not great. Portion size seemed very small for what you pay. The staff was really nice and speedy.

I’m done now with this place. The pizza and salad makers are very cool but the guy at the register is unnecessarily surly. I am usually quite pleasant to wait on, and I’ve given him plenty of chances just to see if he was having a bad day. Nope. One would think with all the lunchtime choices in the area that customer service might be important.

The brief stint that Mad Pizza in Fremont was my only prior experience with the chain and I didn’t remember that being especially amazing, so the expectation wasn’t too terribly high when we wandered in recently. We ordered a whole pizza, wanting something fresh — half pepperoni, half Sounder — which was really quite tasty. The crust had good texture — half way in between thin and thick crust. Beer on tap rounded out a nice dinner, no complaints.

Hubby and I stopped by Friday evening for a pizza. The place was dead — so seating was really easy. The pizza maker was super nice and made us a large even though we got the small.(Thank you pizza maker!!) He even had a to-go box ready for us as he knew it was too much to eat. We ordered their vegi and I have to say — it was good and garlicy. I would have liked more cheese on the pizza then was on there — but my hubby likes less cheese so I didn’t complain and hey we all need a good compromise. It was odd however, that the order taker disappeared and and didn’t let anyone know we had ordered a side salad. But again Pizza Maker came to the rescue and created a wonderful salad for us. I can’t say enough about the pizza maker! We discovered that the root beer was out and when the order taker reappeared we let him know. He seemed a little annoyed that we bothered him to get it fixed. We opted for Coke since it seemed like we were asking too much to get the root beer syrup replaced. Have to note — parking in this area really stinks. Its on the street parking and the streets are«pot hole city». Probably Will visit a MAD pizza again — just not this location…

I stopped in for the first time at South Lake Union this week with a co-worker to pick up a couple of pizza’s for our office in Eastlake. Fun place and the help here is not only gracious they’re a lot of fun. We ordered a couple of pies to go and I did enjoy both. I’m a big fan of Hawaiian style and loved the smoked Black Forest Ham and Pineapple pizza. And for our veggie types back at the office we got a variation on The Chev with mandarin oranges, Gorgonzola cheese, roasted garlic etc… and I really enjoyed that one too! It was lunchtime and we called our order in after an appointment about a mile away. The pies were both done right and when we showed up they were very busy but our pies were just hot out of the oven and ready to go. I love garlic and they had just the right amount and it was done just right and not bitter. I love their dough, not heavy with a little tang to it like sourdough. Looking forward to a return trip to try more of what’s on the menu..

Moving here from the east coast one of the things I thought I would have to sacrifice is good pizza. As it turns out, Seattle has some really good pizza options. HOWEVER… MAD Pizza is not one of those options. I’m sorry but this is not good pizza. I would equate it with bad frozen pizza. I tried just a couple of cheese slices for my first(and hopefully final visit) which is a good way to judge the quality of a pizza and was pretty disappointed from the first bite. Bad crust and a too heavy layer of cheese. I’m not sure if there was even any sauce on it. Overall a really bad pizza. I’m not sure of their salads and I really don’t care if they are good or not. If you have«pizza» in the name of your place I think you should have at the very least a decent slice to serve. If you want a good slice… Don’t come here.

Awesome Garlic Knots! Great seating — warm & cozy in the winter and cool & comfy in the summer. Great place to people watch AND they have banagrams! Oh, and the pizza is good too.

This is near the Amazon SLU campus and a 5 min walk. They get super busy with the lunch crowd(most AMZ folks). In addition to the 10% off«SLU» card(free from the SLU Center), you also get a free drink with purchase if you check-in via Unilocal.Who can beat that deal? Love the Pepperoni slices. The breadsticks are gigantic and delish as well. And a frequent punch card. What are you waiting for? GO!

Tried«The Almost Joe’s Special» and it was really tasty. The pizza was cooked just right, toppings all tasted fresh and the crust was my perfect blend of crispy and soft. This is the 1st time I have ordered a pie from here and it is pretty obvious that when their pizza is freshly made it is much better. I am a big fan of «odd» toppings on pizza and I tried a slice of their spinach salad on a pizza not too long ago. I think it had been there for awhile & it wasn’t as tasty as I had hoped but I am sure if it had been fresh it would have been better.
