Mandel Windows & Gutters

Bought a Groupon for window washing, was able to schedule an appointment but nobody ever showed up or called to reschedule. I’ve called them multiple times, even emailed but no one ever responded back explaining why the No Show happened. Thats taking into consideration that I had to reschedule my entire day of planned activities to accommodate this appt that never took place. Very unhappy about Customer Service. I was able to get my refund back from Groupon but what pain in the behind!

Chris did a great job cleaning our gutters and downspouts. He inspected overall condition and completed the job timely, including clean up. He was punctual, friendly and professional.

When my friend, Chris Mandel asked if I wanted to have my windows cleaned I thought what a waste of money I can do it myself (if I ever was to actually get around to doing it!) but I thought the price is not that bad what the hell why not I’d be helping out a friend…
When I saw the end result I was super impressed! I could have never done a job like that the windows were so clean It was amazing! I also don’t want to clean my windows inside and out what a boring chore! I would much rather hire Chris to do it because he does such a great job!
After that I asked him to clean my gutters and the piles of moss on the roof. I noticed after he was done that there still was moss that needed to be clean off. I told Chris and he was on it immediately no questions or attitude about it. Chris is always professional and courteous hire him and you will be very pleased with his work!

Chris responded quickly to a call about gutter cleaning. When I realized his other services I asked for prices for moss removal and window cleaning. As the prices were very fair I had him do the first two and as the results were so good, we will have him back in the Spring to do the windows. He is a sole proprietor, very personable and someone you can be comfortable having to your home. You could not do better than this guy.
