It’s a fairly well stocked place to get some hydration, and convenience foods. I think if you have a need for snacks, this is a very good place for that. The staff(man I met working the counter) seemed friendly, and was keen on service. I was in, got my stuff, paid, and was out. No hassle, and they have just about anything drinkable allowed by law there, soda, beer, wine. chips and other stuff.

Market Grocery is always open, seriously — they keep extremely long hours! They offer a decent selection of stuff, especially for a corner store. I have spent a ton of money here, wish I could say on festive stuff, but nope — just snacks and water and fun sundry stuff. The owners are really nice! The only bummer is that if you spend less than $ 7(what happened to $ 5?) when paying with a debit/credit card, they will charge you 50 cents — not a super big deal, but still… if you don’t carry cash, like most of us, you have to factor that in.

Market Grocery is open kind of late(10pm on weeknights), sells wine & beer, and carries various and sundry other products that will see you through until morning, when other things are open. What’s not to like about that? I like it because I work downtown, and I can grab something to snack on there. They have a small deli, the man who owns the shop is really nice, and it’s easy to find. The only bummer is that if you spend less than $ 7(what happened to $ 5?) when paying with a debit/credit card, they will charge you 50 cents – not the end of the world.
