I’m perplexed by the negative reviews because Antwon came out to my house (this was some time ago) and detailed my absurdly filthy old truck – above and beyond — and with a smile. He transformed it from «EPA disaster» to «nearly new». I would highly recommend his service!!!

I purchased a $ 90 coupon for my car detail. I am trying to call the number 1−206−816−0848, no one picked up and automated message asked me to call the other number. When I called the other number it asked me to leave a voicemail and when I want to leave a voicemail its saying the voicemail is full. Horrible!!!

AWEFUL experience. I bought a LivingSocial group discount, left 2 messages with no call back. With all of the nasty negative reviews about this company online, it makes me think they don’t even care about their customers all. What a joke.
I got a full refund from LivingSocial. Stay away.

I purchased a groupon for a full exterior /​interior detail. I called the number for an appt on groupon and left 5 messages. Also called the owners ’ Antone’ cell phone and left 3 messages over a two week span. Did not get ONE call back. This is the worst customer service and business I’ve ever seen. I requested and received my full refund from group on. MCLC is a joke !!! Do not use them

Great job purchased through groupon and they worked very well with my busy schedule. Prompt follow up. Explained all the work that was needed prior to the job being started. I took several business cards and absolutely with hand them out to friends.

I purchased an auto detail through Living Social for this business as a gift. We called them a couple times a week for a month trying to get an appointment. They never once answered their phone and if you leave a voicemail it takes 4 or 5 days for them to call you back. After a month of playing voicemail tag with them I gave up and called Living Social for a refund.

After 2 phone call attempts I was able to get a hold of Heather (who Antoine’s VM tells you to call to make an appt). She was super nice and helpful. My strange request is that I am down in Tacoma and the online deal’s print stated that they would travel up to 100 miles. She was unaware of that but talked to Antoine and he said that would be fine. Wow, cool! Heather also offered to honor the online deal price for me to pay them straight (which I can understand, less fees involved for them) so I said sure. After our friendly talk I thought that I must’ve struck gold.
The appt had to be booked a couple of weeks out but I was in no rush. The day before I had this strange feeling they wouldn’t show. 15 minutes into their appt. time I ended up calling both Heather and Antoine. Neither answered, I left VM’s with each, never heard back and they never showed. Sucks, because I was going to tip them well for the travel and upon a good detailing of my car. They lost out on $. I’m sure it had a lot to do with me being in Tacoma but they should’ve fully agreed or on or had fixed the print on the deal.

We bought an Amazon Local deal for this business and sadly, it shows how cheap they are.
Well, first of all… thanks for not even showing up to the appointment nor picking up your phone for 30 minutes while we wait. We were told they would meet us at my parents house (no hose at our apartment) for an auto detail. Sadly, this was not the case, instead we were greeted with a phone call 30 minutes after our scheduled time that said «Oh, our people forgot to tell you, we now have a location in Mill Creek». This is after we agreed to meet in Tacoma, not Mill Creek. So thanks, thank you for wasting our time.

I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a signature detail on my Civic. The phone number on the voucher got me to a voicemail with directions to call a different number.
When I got a hold of the person to schedule, they were very friendly and got me scheduled within a week.
I showed up for the appointment (which I didn’t realize was going to be some person’s townhouse — not a big deal, but would have been nice know). I rang the doorbell, knocked, then called two times and waited outside for 15 minutes. No one ever showed up or called me.
Two days later I got an apology phone call and they offered a free wax with my detail. I declined and got a refund from Amazon Local.
I was really disappointed to have driven into work (I normally bus), paid for parking, took half the day off, and then be stood up. To make things worse I still need to get my car deep-​cleaned. This is not a business I’d like to give my money to.

First off I expect him to put a bad review on my business page. Which has all 5 start service rating. I expect retaliation from the owner who was less than savory and made me very uncomfortable. I was told to,“Grow the Fuck up and move on already! I have! He stated. I purchased a signature detali from Goupon valued at 200 dollars. I See I and other Groupon buyers had the same piss poor experience as I have. He had my car for over a week. First said he didn’t know how to get into a five door SUV with the key granted I had a sticky front drivers side door handle which he broke off and didn’t say he would fix it. So it sat for three days. He said,“Its and old car anyhow. I showed up to pick up my vehicle at night (tonight March 7, 2015) and I noticed all the brake dust was on every single wheel except on that was done complete. The chrome bumpers had a film on them that was not scrubbed off and clean. some of the windows had been done on the inside. But weren’t rolled down to get the nasty film and crude that builds up on the top half inch around the window. I could still see my children’s hand prints on the windows. The leather seats were still filthy and I found food items from the kids still in the car under the seats. He offered a free carpet shampoo which he guilt tripped me about which he offered for free with out suggestion. The engine compartment was not touched what so ever. Nothing had any sort of dressing aka Amorall on the tires or the inside any of the exterior trimming which in all previous details from other companies was done. But what should I expect when I drive up and see my car parked on a city sidewalk blocking anyone to use any portion of the sidewalk and forced them to walk in the street to get around my vehicle. Even Brown Bear car was superior to what I received. Which was just a less than adequate interior carpet shampoo. I wiped my pointer finger on all the rims and had heavy dark thick film of brake dust on my fingers. and wiped the bumpers as well with a white napkin and filthy dirty. He argued and would not provide a receipt as all business owners such as myself to when running a ad on Groupon. I said its the same as when I brought it to you except a bad attempt to shampoo the carpets inside. He said and I quote,” I m done with you I’m going to get your key and you need to leave. He said he pressure washed the car and sprayed acid on the rims. Which if he had would have showed a different result than what I saw, which was very little. I am very upset and disappointed by being treated like I did something wrong and asking questions and pointing things that were promised and obviously not don. I felt threatened and verbally attacked when I picked it up with my two month old. I did professional auto detailing for over 5 years and know what a detail is and this wasn’t close to one. Do not use this man. I didn’t have my car for over a week and would have been better off with my 11 year old whom I taught to clean his mothers car for her. My son or any cheerleader fundraiser squad would put him to shame. I am appalled that he thinks I am so stupid that he could convince me that my car was even washed. To be lied to with a straight face shows no integrity or moral sense of obligation to honor the detail purchased via groupon. Plus he would not budge on providing a receipt to me for said services. He stated that was groupons responsibility. I wish there was a negative star option.

Purchased an interior/​exterior detailing service on LivingSocial and am SO happy with the results! Antwon was exceptionally professional and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a detail. Antwon was kind, courteous and prompt in responding to me. He did a great job detailing my car and got all the dog hair out of the little nooks and crannies. Thanks MCLC Auto Salon, you guys rock!

Poor! Don’t go here! Especially if your using groupon. He will give you what you pay for. He pretended to put energy into my car when in reality he didn’t touch it. All he did was vacuum my car. Karma is good so I’ll wait for that, id never cry about a few dollars. He was walking around with his spray and wipe… didn’t detail anything except the story about how the stains were impossible to take off my seats. I went home and took majority of them out myself in a matter of minutes which is how I realized he didn’t do anything … BUM! There shouldn’t even be a 1 star option. And the reviewer above me must have paid the $ 200 something which is why she got her ‘great service’.

MCLC went above and beyond with my car. She had so much gunk in the trunk (6 years worth of it), oxidation, and stains in the white paint from bird poop, so I decided to look for a place that also offers exterior detail only. Antwon was able to fit me into their schedule the same day I reached out to them, and worked on my car even past closing hours. When I saw my car afterwards, she felt smooth and soft to the touch, and looked better than the day I bought her 6 years ago. MCLC uses a two bucket system, so rest assured that there won’t be swirly marks on the paint from Antwon after he’s through with your car. I paid for the small car Premium Exterior service for 2 hours, which is $ 120.
Would I go back again to get a car serviced with MCLC? I sure will!
