History
Established in 2015.
As a prior barista at Café Lati, Megan Latham invested in buying the business when the opportunity arose in October 2015.
Renaming it «Meadow Brew» in 2016 to correspond with the neighborhoods name «Meadowbrook.»
This is the only café in Meadowbrook making it a popular place for neighborhood hang outs.

Business Owner
Megan Latham (23) is a young business owner with years of coffee, bakery and business experience. She studied at BYU-Idaho, completing a degree in business marketing.
She grew up in Seattle, Washington just blocks from away Meadow Brew Café, and even attended high school at Nathan Hale (which is located across the street).
She is a firm believer in supporting local businesses, and only buys products from bakeries in the surrounding Seattle areas to sell at her shop.
