I specialize in child and family counseling in the areas of childhood anxiety, depression, and trauma. I operate from a child-centered play therapy model, allowing the child the freedom to explore and use the primary language of play to work through difficult problems or behaviors. In this work I create a strong relationship the child’s parents, fine-tuning parenting skills and strategies to help the family reduce conflict and feel more connected.
