Our team utilizes the best technology and the latest in state-​of-​the-​art equipment to care for your teeth. Digital x-​rays let us take higher-​quality images with lower doses of radiation. Dr. Leone, also utilizes a dental laser, which allows for less pain and faster healing during and after gum procedures. Additionally, she is trained in Invisalign™, an effective alternative to traditional braces for adults who are conscious about their appearance.

is a graduate of DePauw University and Indiana University School of Dentistry. After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Leone moved to Seattle to further her education in a general practice residency program at the University of Washington. As a practicing dentist with 10 years of experience, she continues to be committed to continuing education as a way to stay current on new technologies and procedures.

Dr. Leone is passionate about being able to provide a positive dental experience for her patients. She designs treatment plans that are customized to each patient’s individual needs and wants. Dr. Leone believes in building trust and long-​term patient relationships in a calm, professional environment. By making dental care comfortable and relaxing, she challenges patients to change their attitudes about dentistry so that they can restore and maintain their teeth with confidence.

I am not someone who generally likes/​trusts dentists. I knew I needed to have work done and I was referred here. Needless to say I was astonished and surprised that I was treated so well and taken care of. I went in thinking it would be the same old experience and left feeling amazing! I would happily return to have other work done.

Extremely disappointed since they claim it is not standard to confirm coverage with my insurance provider beforehand. I was less than 3 weeks shy being due for my cleaning and they booked an appointment that was ineligible since it had not bee a full 6 months since my previous appointment. I now have a $ 225 bill that typically would have been $ 0 with my coverage. I get routine cleanings and have never had an office expect me to check benefits with my insurance. This was a huge bummer since I loved Dr. Leone and my hygienist and looked forward to establishing a long term relationship with them as my dental provider.

Is it weird to say I LOVE going to the dentist? I’ve been seeing Dr. Leonne for over five years after a friend recommended her when I first moved to Belltown, and I’ve been a regular patient ever since (even making a long drive when I’ve moved a bit further away.) I can’t rave enough about how great this office is – everyone from the front desk staff to the hygenists to the recommendations Dr. Leonne give are gentle, nice, and considerate.
Beyond your typical cleaning — which comes with a numbing mouthrinse if you choose, so you aren’t in pain for an hour and they can get a little deeper — they also allow you to listen to music (just hop on their wifi if you want to stream your own via Spotify or whatever!) while you’re getting your teeth cleaned, and you can also opt for a hand massage. I actually fell asleep once I was so relaxed!
This office is definitely more «Zen» than your typical dentist, which makes coming in for a cleaning or even a more invasive procedure feel like going in for a massage. (Well, maybe like a physical therapy massage…)

Best dental experience ever. Even if I move I will make the trek to continue to go here. I once had an extreme fear of dental work but it’s almost completely gone. The staff always makes me feel welcome and at ease.
I had a long list of complaints and fears from past dentists. They listened to all of these at my first visit while getting me all set up. And since then they have made sure none of these complaints ever happened to me again.
Serene colors and a comfortable setting make it feel less like a dental office. And the best feature? Getting to pick free add-​ons to your appt, like headphones for TV, hand/​arm/​neck massage, and in some cases a smoothie.
This place not only has completely changed my view of what a dental visit should be but has also made me feel 100% confident in taking care of my oral hygiene. In fact I come to get my teeth cleaned 3 – 4 times a year. Yeah, they’re that amazing.

These folks are awesome! I’ve been in a couple of times recently for some long over due dental work. I was recommended by a friend. I’ve had a total of three visits, one was a cleaning, two were for getting some cavities worked on.
My cleaning was done by the dental assistants, and everyone was very friendly. I was concerned since I had a dentist recommend a deep cleaning a couple of years ago, and a friend mentioned that I should get a second opinion before just saying OK. I didn’t follow up with it, and was nervous about my initial visit to Dr. Leone’s office. After the initial inspection, it was determined that a deep cleaning wasn’t necessary, and that, a standard cleaning would be fine. Dr. Leone’s office performed the cleaning, all went well.
When I came in to have my teeth worked on, I also had a great experience. I am not a fan of needles, and was surprised when I never even felt the anesthetic being applied. I never felt any pain from the drill, and I didn’t feel the filling afterward. I’ve had them in the past where I could feel the filling like a little lump between my teeth, but that wasn’t the case this time.
They also supply you with headphones, and a TV to watch while you are having work done. At one point during the procedure, I actually fell asleep. I know this, because I halfway snored myself awake.
I have never fallen asleep while a dentist was working on my teeth. Greatest thing in the world.
I can’t say enough nice things about this practice. Again, the people were nice, the work is great, no pain was felt, and as an added bonus, I literally got to take a nap. I will have to go back for one more procedure, and don’t have any hesitations about doing so.

best. dentist. ever.
Too bad i moved from Queen anne to bellevue and am switching; but the comparisons with the options could make me make the trip across the highway for a dentist appt after all!
The trip to the dentist feels more closer to the trip to the spa — and the focus is around comfort and gentle feel-​good atmosphere than a cash-​hungry insurance chomper that i seem to notice in the eastside.
Apart from the dentist who is gentle with her work and knowledgeable and quite detailed in her assessments; its the perks that make this office unbeatable.
The mouth-​numbing rinse — that again makes even the regular clean a non-​issue, the hand-​massage while you are there, the eye pillow, and headset with music/​tv — makes for a complete trip to the dentist that is unbeatable.
The technology is new, the support staff is nice, courteous and very upto date on technology, unlike a lot of the eastside places where faxing is the only way to communicate or printed file-​stashes. When i actually called to say i am leaving the neighborhood and have to switch dentists, they offered to send me my xrays by email. 2 mins later it was right there in my mail accnt. Its how healthcare should be.

Dr. Leone is great and spent a good amount of time with me every visit. I, like most, hate going to the dentist. It is nice to have a dentist you don’t dread going to. Very patient and a straight shooter.
As a CPA I am always a little critical of the offices that include extras like «hand massages» and what not, because I know that gets paid for somehow. That said, it is in a high end area that is used to a little pampering, so I overlooked it. I am glad I did.
The only down side to the office is how far in advance they book appointments. I suspect that is to deal with emergencies, but you can wait for over a month sometimes so plan ahead.
There is a reason this clinic is rated so high by so many sources.

I can’t say enough great things about this place.
I first found this place (4 years ago) as I used to live on the same street, but now I live in Redmond and my husband and I both commute 4 times a year to come here and we always will as long as they exist.
The location is decent. Not the easiest to find parking but there is free street parking so can’t complain. However come a few minutes early to find parking.
The waiting room has a nice tv, great magazines, they offer tea, and yummy granola bars. The front desk check in always has a nice professional behind the desk. They ask you to fill out a paper with options for your treatment, options differ with each treatment type but they go a little like this:
paraffin hand dip, head massage, hand and arm massage, laughing gas, numbing mouthwash, headphones for direct t. v, a smoothie at the end of appt.
The office is clean, very modern and high tech. I watch tv the whole time I get a service and it’s super comfortable since I’m also getting a hand massage at the same time.
Dr. Leone is super friendly, beautiful– I mean you want a dentist with a great smile right? She doesn’t just drill out all your cavities. She has had all my cavities on «watch» and only drills if necessary. I also do use the prescription (expensive) toothpaste, but also haven’t had to fill any cavities for 4 years either.
I had a tooth break completely once and they were able to get me in right away and made a temp crown immediately and tried to work around my needs even though it was Christmas time and hard to get appointments in.
The hygienist is incredible. I have sensitive gums and she is so great with me and my little tiny mouth. She is so good about cleaning and keeping the polish right where it needs to be and not in my throat. So I don’t even taste the paste when she works. So great!
The whole staff is friendly and calm.
No better place to go for your shinny whites!

I have been going here for years, and I finally feel like I have a dentist (and dental staff) who I feel comfortable. X-​rays in your chair, immediately on the computer for the dentist to review, arm massages while cleanings, and over-​all a relaxed professionalism that is evident in everyone who works here.
I never feel chastised or like a bad child when I see Dr. Leone, she just gently reminds me how to brush and floss if I’ve got some buildup.

I have an extreme fear of dentists. In fact I waited way too long to visit one which resulted in a frantic call to get in. THey were able to find a spot quickly.
I loved my experience as they are all so kind and gental. Its almost like going to a spa. Hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

First of all, who even takes the time to write a Unilocal review on their DENTIST?! Someone who had a fantastic experience — that’s who!
My husband and I are both new patients to Dr. Leone’s practice and actually will look forward to going to the dentist now, like many of the other Unilocal reviews mention.
I highly recommend Dr. Leone, her hygienists, and staff to anyone looking for a new dentist — especially if you are anxious about procedures or have had bad prior dental office experiences.
Medical Care:
Both Dr. Leone and her two hygienists I’ve seen are excellent medical practitioners — they were gentle, thorough, and took the time to educate me and thoroughly check things out rather than just going through the motions to get a paycheck from insurance companies. Top-​notch! I was incredibly anxious about getting a filling, but they made the experience the best it could have been, going slowly, explaining each step, and seemed to focus most on my comfort level and anxiety in administering anesthesia.
Spa Services:
Ever heard of a dental office that offers arm/​hand massage while you’re getting your teeth cleaned? They have a full-​time professional massage therapist on staff. I also got a chair massage, paraffin hand dip, and fruit smoothie after my cavity filling procedure at no extra charge, so left completely relaxed.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I first saw Dr. Leone a couple of years ago when I got a new full-​time job with bennies after being self-​employed without dental insurance for many years before that. With my first visit, she was very thorough yet honest and conservative. After not having my teeth taken care of for so long, she could’ve found something that wasn’t there or been far more aggressive about some minor spots she saw. Instead, she has been monitoring my progression and still never pushes anything on me. To the contrary, on a recent visit, I had two minor cosmetic things to discuss (whitening and filing a small chip) and once again, instead of aggressively pushing any treatment on me, she gave me conservative, honest and thoughtful advice and even did the filing right there on the spot for no additional fee. Her manner is gentle and caring and I’ve found her staff to be very nice as well. And who wouldn’t love the option of a free hand/​arm massage as part of their visit?! I would recommend Dr. Leone to anyone seeking dental care.

My husband and I had been going to this dentist for 3 or almost 4 years! we used to stay around Queen Anne but moved to the east side. We thought of changing dentist for convenience, however, decided not to because we feel that it will be difficult to find another dentist who is as dedicated and patient as Dr Leone
I never really like going to the dentist until I met Dr Leone and her team! They made me feel very comfortable during each and every appointment — I find it super relaxing to watch TV with earphones while getting my teeth cleaned! I have low tolerance for pain and get really afraid when the dentist need to do some drilling and put fillings in my teeth. However, when Dr Leone and her team does the procedure, I can rest assure that there’s no such thing as pain! I always walk out of the dentist feeling good as my run my tongue over my clean teeth! :D
This is going to sound crazy but… we always look forward to our dental visits :)

I highly recommend Dr. Leone and her staff to everyone, and especially to any person who struggles with dental experiences.
A series of traumatic medical procedures (including dental) left me paranoid to go to the dentist. I reached a point where I stopped going altogether because I could not cope with the anxiety. After two years, a tooth began to have sensitivity and I knew it was time.
Words cannot express strongly enough my deepest gratitude to Dr. Leone and her staff for welcoming me back to the world of dentistry. They have all worked together, and with me, to help me through four procedures now, without a hitch. (As long as you don’t count my trying to escape to the bathroom a hitch!)
I experience an overall sense of patience, understanding, and excellent communication while under their care. There is room and time for questions (none too silly), and I feel no judgement about my shaking body as I tremble in the chair.
There is no reason to tolerate less than excellent dental care. I am so incredibly thankful that I finally realized that, and that I found the best dental care in Dr. Leone and her staff. They are kind, patient, gentle, knowledgeable, quick, precise, and good communicators.

Dr. Leone is amazing. I can’t wait until my next dental appt. — did I just say that?
My colleague recommended me to Dr. Leone last week and I just went in for a check up yesterday.
This place is soothing, calming and relaxing — absolutely nothing you would ever associate a dentist with! It’s more like a spa, leaving your pearly whites tingly and refreshed. They offer massages, headphones, sleeping masks so you can listen to music, tv, or relax while you get your teeth cleaned.
Dr. Leone is thorough, quick, and gentle. The hygienist, Jessica, was incredible — she took time to show me new techniques, explained what she was doing while she polished my teeth and was gentle/​thorough at the same time — who would have thought going to the dentist would be such a great experience.
Seriously, I can’t wait until my next dental appt.

Best. Dentist. Ever.
I’m not the type to dread going to the dentist, but I’ve never been particularly upbeat about going in for some scraping/​drilling/​general teeth «stuff.» Dr. Leone has changed that for me. The doctor and her staff are fantastic. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. It feels like you are in a spa type setting, everyone is friendly, calm, relaxed, no rushing.
Most of the time you can’t even tell Dr. Leone is actually doing a procedure. She’s super gentle, quick, thorough and tells you what to expect ahead of time. She communicates well, is very honest, and takes patient feedback seriously.
In terms of finances and insurance — I have never had such great help in determining my options, what my personal costs would be, how insurance coverage works for my set up, etc. There is no pressure to pay for extras, they give you options, and the information is top notch.
I am thrilled to have found Dr. Leone and am delighted that I can place my trust in such a competent, responsive, friendly individual.

I have looked for a *good* dentist in Seattle for seven years. After having several attempted «hostile takeovers» of my mouth I had actually backed off of even finding a Dentist here and would rely on an old childhood friend (also a Dentist) to take care of me during my Christmas Vacation. For the first time in my life though, I started getting coffee stains on my teeth… eek!
Unilocal…God how I love Unilocal… helped me to zero in on this Doc and am I ever glad I did! Let’s face it, there are a lot of Dentists out there that will try to sell everything to you, or convince you that your mouth is going to fall out of your head if you don’t replace the silver fillings with the white ones… Oh, you need sealants… oh, you need oral surgery (Google: Crown Lengthening if you feel brave). I’ve been lucky enough that I could just pick up the phone and call my childhood friend, but not everyone has that luxury. Most people take what their health practicioners say as the gospel and just go along… And sometimes they get taken advantage of.
I am happy to report that Dr. Leone is NOT like that. During my first visit and exam/​cleaning I was able to get a sense as to how… liberal she is with treatment. I’m happy to say that she seems to lean towards being more conservative… which has a direct impact on my wallet.
As far as the experience itself went — what more can you ask for than having a checklist at the front desk offering you laughing gas, hand/​arm massage, music, tv, etc — all in an effort to keep you comfortable.
I was delighted at the idea of a *free* hand/​arm massage during my cleaning but was delighted at just how relaxing it made the ENTIRE experience. As soon as I felt myself tense up I could focus on the massage and instantly relax. I left out of her beautiful office feeling like I had been in a spa.
Also — some Dentists have attempted to use the sonic scraper «thing» on my teeth before… but I couldn’t take it! Dr. Leone was gentle as a kitten with her state-​of-​the-​art instruments. I am so, so glad to find someone I can trust with my mouth.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr Leone and her practice. It is completely counter-​intuitive to my beliefs about past experiences with dentists. The office environment itself is calming and warm, with herbal tea and granola bars in the lobby. Dr Leone and her entire staff are very helpful and friendly. I had some issues with my past insurance company and they were very helpful in getting it resolved.
I’ve had a normal cleaning as well as some work done on several occasions. I like the nice wireless headphones for watching the tele while they’re working on you. There’s a massage therapist who offers you arm and neck massages either before or during any serious work. And once you’ve finished, you are offered a delish smoothie to go if your mouth is numbed.
If you refer anyone to them, you take your pick of thank you gifts, i.e. pedicure gift certificate.
It’s like a spa day at the dentist! I love it there.
