I have 15+ years of notary experience and since I am a mobile notary, I travel to your location for your convenience. I specialize in all types of mortgage loan documents as well as Wills and Medical Directives. I am a member of the National Notary Association. I have worked as an escrow closer for several years and and currently in the mortgage industry and I am well versed in all loan documents. I travel frequently to local hospitals when notarization of documents are required.

I needed a power of attorney so I went on line and printed us one out. Then I needed it to be notarized asap so I called her about 5: pm and she was very nice and the came to our home the next morning at 10:30 which was today. She was very nice and even our little dog liked her. She took care of us and was very nice to my 87 year old father in law and we will use her again. Thanks very much.

We needed to have our estate planning documents notarized with two witnesses and we were having a difficult time coordinating everyone to make it to our bank for the signatures. I found Metropolitan Traveling Notary after searching here on Unilocal.LouAnn was very flexible, as we had to change the meeting time twice before we got it nailed down. She arrived on time, was very professional (yet personable), and extremely thorough. We will use her again as necessary, and will certainly recommend her to friends and family.
Note that while you can have documents notarized for free at your local bank, if you, like us, need to have witness signatures on your docs, it makes it much more convenient for everyone (especially for the witnesses) to have it done at your home. The fee was worth it for our situation to not have to deal with bank hours, work schedules, etc. The best part was that after LouAnn left, we had dinner with our witnesses (You can’t get that at the bank!).
