Stay very far away. If your not a fan of overpriced, lazy, slow and inefficient movers then do not hire this company. I expected much more when they sent over two huge guys for such a small apartment move. It took them all day and we paid way more then quoted because of it. Never again Miracle Movers, its a miracle you’re still in business…

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. My friend hired them to help move from her 600 sq ft one-bedroom apartment to a house just down the road. She didn’t have a lot of stuff, so it should have been a quick move. I got a text during the move that the hired movers(Miracle Movers) were working really slowly and my friend needed help ASAP or it was going to cost twice what she was quoted(they charge by the hour). When I showed up the two movers were kind of milling about. They would load a single small item onto a dolly and meander towards the house. At that point it had taken them 8 hours and still weren’t finished. When we went outside to ask them why it was taking so long one of the men started cussing at us(me and four women) and became quite threatening. We were very close to calling the police. They ended up shutting the door to the truck, with some items still inside, and said they wouldn’t finish the job and wouldn’t give us our stuff until they were paid in full. After an hour and a half on the phone with the company they agreed to charge a reduced amount and said they would just unload the rest of the items onto the grass outside the house. We had to move the stuff from the grass into the house, so they never really finished the job. According to the website these are the 8 qualities of a Miracle Mover: Careful — Safe, conscientious and treats client’s property with care Efficient — Extensive knowledge of all technical aspects of professional moving Hardworking — Strong and keeps up a consistent pace Integrity — Demonstrates character, honesty and good values People Skills — Good interpersonal communication and genuine interest in client satisfaction Positive Attitude — Optimistic, friendly, cheerful, kind and helpful Reliable — Punctual and dependable Team Player — Harmonious, gets along well with fellow movers and treats others with the utmost respect Slow and lazy, holding furniture hostage, cussing at the customer and being aggressive… I didn’t see any of those qualities on their website, but that’s what we got.
