Ken’s commitment to a healthy and fit lifestyle began at an early age with competitive sports and martial arts; where he demonstrated a natural aptitude, passion, and leadership for training. When not playing, Ken was coaching. As a squad leader in the U.S. Army, he had the challenge of putting his skills and fitness knowledge to the test; responsible for the wellbeing, health, and function of an entire unit. After success in the Service, Ken sought to further his education, experiences, and advancement in sports medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition.
Ken specializes in functional fitness, fitness assessments, personalized exercise programs, Kettlebell cross training, transitioning from physical therapy, cardiovascular endurance, and nutritional guidance.
Ken has 12+ years of Personal Training Experience, as well as Wrestling and Baseball coaching background.
Ken’s certifications are Master Fitness Trainer (US Army), ISSA, AED, CPR/First-aid, and life experience.
