New Home Solutions is a custom home construction and remodeling partnership organized by local contractors and designers who are dedicated to offering a relevant and economical approach to problem solving. We are committed to achieving for the home owner or the investor the highest quality design to bring the most cost effective result.

Our goal is to efficiently resolve the use of space and design with equity or resale value in mind, be the project a 1920’s renovation or a new construction home in a million dollar neighborhood.

Meet the Manager

Marybeth M.

Manager

Marybeth is a 25 year design professional with a decade of experience in construction. Initially an investor in the local housing rehab market, Marybeth’s love of architecture has naturally redirected her efforts to custom home construction and remodeling for private clients. Her most prominent strengths are designing floor plans that improve flow and create atmosphere with use of light and color. As manager of New Home Solutions, Marybeth’s extensive leadership skills training enables her to bring the best talent available tailored to meet the needs of each project.
