We offer full event planning services including providing tenting, floral design, china, glassware, décor, coordination, entertainment and gift bags. Organic, locally sourced ingredients help create a delicious custom menu based on your style, budget and taste.

Established in 2011.

Nola Nevers has been in the hospitality and event planning business for over twenty-​five years here locally in Seattle. In 2011, she utilized her vast experience to create an event planning company specializing in boutique events.

Since 1985, Nola has been one of Seattle’s Premier Caterers and Event Planners. Since catering her first wedding for 300 guests with her son in the baby bouncer on the kitchen table, Nola has been delighting and celebrating guests with fabulous foods, innovative décor and exemplary service. Dedicated to elevating the catered experience and supporting sustainable and local fare, Nola has planned hundreds of weddings, fundraisers and private parties with flair and artistry.

Just absolutely amazing ! Amazing amazing ! Her and all of her crew amazing ! I have been a part of hundreds of weddings and they blew me away ! Anything I needed Nola was on it ! She saved the day with this Bride and Grooms entire wedding ! She and her entire crew so sweeet! They followed thru, amazing food, amazing service, just amazing ! There entire focus was how to make the Wedding more amazing. They were dealt with some hard situations and they saved the day to say the least ! I know the bride and groom would agree! Thank you for making my job easy … You went above and beyond to do yours:-)

Nola and her team just catered my wedding this past August and everything was amazing! More then we could have hoped for! I knew we wouldn’t be the easiest couple to work with because we were on such a tight budget, but Nola helped us make it work! The food was perfect and the staff was so friendly. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect :) I even have photos of one of her staff helping straighten my dress as I walk down the aisle! What a team haha. I would recommend her any time! Nola and her staff just helped me throw a 50th birthday party for my husband. I hadn’t planned a large catered event since my wedding, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I started talking with Nola, her extensive experience was obvious. Not only did she come up with a delicious menu, she also came to our home a month in advance and helped me decide how many tables to rent and the best way to do the layout. I felt the personal visit was above and beyond! The evening of the party, Nola and her staff arrived early and it was amazing watching them work. Not only were they extremely organized, but they worked together well and even went to the trouble of learning many of the guests’ names and helped out by taking guests’ coats and gifts. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with Nola and her staff. The food was amazing, and although I had ordered extra, hoping to have leftovers, everything was devoured with many people going back for more! Nola obviously really enjoys what she does and it showed.
I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Did I mention my kitchen was cleaner when they left for the night than it was when the party started? Amazing.

I called another caterer for a last minute housewarming party. They were busy and referred me to Nola. What good luck!
Three weeks later, friends are still asking «Who did the food?» Everyone loved it. The table was beautifully set. The staff was courteous and lovely and obviously experienced. Clean up magically happened while my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Perfect evening.

I found Nola by chance looking for a last minute caterer for a event in our home for 47 people. I have never hired a caterer without personal recommendations in the past so I looked up recommendations thru thumbtack and got 5 proposals within a day. Nolas stood out not only because of the 5 star reviews but her menu options looked amazing as well. we basicalyl did everything by email as I was having such a crazy busy week. She made everything effortless for me I was already impressed. The event was perfect and her 2 helpers were extremely professional and nice as well. Nola is very organized and experienced and it shows. I can’t rave about her and her helpers enough! They truly made this a easy perfect evening. Highly recommend

Nola is truly the cat’s meow! She catered our wedding on Anderson Island, WA last weekend, and it was nothing less than extraordinary! The food was incredible, but I’ll get to the menu in a minute. She and her crew were all superbly graceful and personable, serving drinks and food with the easy familiarity we wished for at our intimate event, but never mentioned outright. Her intuitive sense of how the evening should flow was apparent from the first meeting, and it took a huge weight off my shoulders as a «DIY» bride.
The food was nothing less than spectacular. She made the most wonderful passed appetizers, that they got everyone exclaiming, and for dinner, she brought out salmon and grilled chicken, cooked to perfection. The thought of her grilled vegetables and pear-​walnut salad that accompanied them still get my tummy rumbling! Finally, she plated the Dilettante decadence cakes we ordered with whipped cream and mixed berries for the final touch. It was gorgeous.
If that wasn’t enough, she helped us connect up with Maggie Brown, an amazing florist, to create my bouquet. It was a one-​stop-​shop of the best kind, and the bouquet was beautiful!
We could not have possibly asked for a more attentive, personable, and rewarding experience than the one we had with Nola’s Events. Nola will undoubtedly be our first call for any soirees we host in the future!

We recently hired Nola to cater our wedding shower at Alki Arts. She did a wonderful job with the food! Not only did it taste great, the presentation was beautiful! We told her what we were imagining and what our budget was and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined! Nola was organized and came up with some creative and tasty ideas for our menu. All of our guests were impressed and we will definitely be using her for our next Seattle event.
