History

Established in 1999.

Our love affair with travel started when the co-​owner, Rich’s, grandfather established Pioneer Taxi in 1932. At one time, owning the largest fleet in town and proudly serving the west side when no other taxi company would do so. His mother continued the family tradition by forming her own travel agency here in Seattle, eventually growing the business to 7 locations.

Noticing great changes in the travel agency industry with the popularization of the internet, we felt it was time to close the travel agencies doors’ in 1998.

Throughout the years, we had made so many friends that grew into family, that we just couldn’t bear the idea of not being involved in your lives.

So, in 1999, we found our true purpose in serving our extended family of several thousand friends by helping you get to the airport; safely, comfortably and on-​time.

It is TRULY our pleasure in serving you and taking care of you like family because that’s what you are to us!

Manager

A lifelong entrepreneur, I was taught at a very young age that attention to detail and treating each client with courtesy and respect is paramount.

These beliefs were further supported by my service in the Air Force and 20 years in the bank equipment industry in Atlanta, where I made my home my entire adult life.

I happily accepted a partnership offer to try my hand at private transportation here in Seattle in the fall of 2010.

I bring my southern warmth of «never-​meeting-​a-​stranger» coupled with my genuine concern about doing right by you and your loved ones.

I look forward to getting to know all of you and to serving you well.
