I have gone here for a few months to deal with foot problems. Have seen Steve, who is amazing at his craft. He is kind, gentle, and caring. The office is quiet and very relaxing. I will be back if other issues arise.

I went here for several months to deal with some injured tendons in my legs. I mostly worked with Steve, who is a master at what he does. The atmosphere is wonderful-​calm and healing. Sarah, the office manager, makes you feel completely at home. Very grateful!

I have been here once and absolutely plan to return again. I had a neck issue that had been bothering me for about two weeks! I went in for a community acupuncture session and the person in charge took time to understand what was hurting/​what I was there hoping for relief from. She took me into the room with a few cozy chairs, some occupied and helped me get settled and began treatment. She was very thorough in explained very clearly what I would experience and after inserting a few needles asked me to move my head… my range of motion was already improved (magic!!!) and I was sold. In addition to my intense neck pain I also have since noted that my other problem that consisted of occasional knee pain hasn’t repeated. They sent me a nice postcard with a coupon that I’ve given my husband and I can totally see this becoming a regular part of our «wellness» tools that we frequent as needed. Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough about this place. I have had several sessions, mostly with Laura for pain and stress. It has helped immensely! I have also seen Steve and Amanda but only a handful of times. They are all caring and detailed and personable! Also you pay between 20 to 40 $ a session, depending what you can afford and right now I cannot afford much so that is an extra bonus!

The entire staff here is extremely friendly and gets to know your issue. They each have a slight different approach to healing your ailment which is great. In two weeks my recovery has improved tremendous thanks to the staff and techniques at this office. Great rates for a serious work of art. Thank you so much North Sea!

I have been coming for over 2 years now and I’m so grateful to have this service so close to my home — it’s fantastic.
I have been treated mainly by Steve who is not only one of the nicest people I know, but is also a magician!!! I’ve also seen a couple of other team members who have also been great. The service provided here is excellent.
I first met Steve when I was injured and separated my shoulder. My PCP prescribed pain killers and sent me home with a few exercises to practice written on a piece of paper to gradually increase my range of motion. I was in a lot of pain, my arm was in a sling. After 2 weeks with little improvement I decided to explore other options to help with the discomfort. I had no idea that Steve could help with an injury recovery itself! Steve provided orthopedic Accupuncture for pain relief and recovery and this ended up being my primary therapy for my rehab. He got my mobility back and my shoulder recovered fully with a combination of Accupuncture, massage and exercises for homework.
Since then I’ve come back for periodic relaxation and stress (very effective). Each time I come, I’m reminded how wonderful the holistic care that I receive is, and I’m always greeted with a gentle, kind and very professional service.
Most recently, after 2 months of suffering from post nasal drip and a lingering cough after being treated with antibiotics for a sinus infection, I visited Steve as I just could not shake the cough (despite 2 doctors visits and even a trip to an allergy specialist).
Steve treated me once — with Accupuncture and recommended some specific herbs (sold at the clinic) and with days I felt much better, with a week I was completely cured!!! I should have visited him sooner.

I’ve had chronic back pain for months and Steve, Amanda and the team are very caring and experts in the treatments. They show you stretches and it’s a very zen environment. They will be on my care team for a while!
Healing happens at each session and I love the online scheduler.

Absolutely fantastic community acupuncture clinic! I’ve been to several and this place offers the most diverse treatment options while still maintaining the community setting and pricing scale. I haven’t tried an orthopedic appt, but have done the neck release and would highly recommend that for neck or upper back issues. I have only seen Amanda here so far, but did briefly meet Steve, the owner, and he seems very nice. This clinic is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking. They are also fragrance free which is a great thing in my book!

Wonderful people! I had a great experience! And the price is unbeatable. I’ve seen three different practitioners here and they were all completely wonderful and really put me at ease! Just be sure to wear NO SCENTS as this is a scent-​free clinic and they are very firm on that rule (I unintentionally had scented lotion on and they asked me to wash my hands twice before going into the room for the treatment). I definitely recommend this location!

This place is such a gem. I was skeptical of acupuncture before trying them out, but I had a great experience and it definitely helped. Also, as a student on a budget the I’m so grateful for the affordable sliding scale. Definitely go here and support NSCA!

For community acupuncture this place dosen’t get any better. Very mellow, cheap, and user friendly.
Although I’m not a fan of community acupuncture — since I prefer more intensive and orthopedic treatment, but the place makes for a great escape if you’re needing an hour just to be in a quiet room. I can also respect a place that keeps the general cost of acupuncture treatment down. My first session was only $ 15.

Steve Knobler is a born healer. He is also a superbly skilled acupuncturist. This is by far the best community acupuncture clinic in Seattle. Go, get needled, be healed!

I am so grateful to have found North Seattle Community Acupuncture. I did something to my knee and while I’m normally very active and healthy, I was hardly able to walk. After 5 visits, the pain is completely gone and I’m back to exercising, skiing and chasing my kid! I had the pleasure of seeing all three therapists there — each one kind, caring and a great listener. They all have their own approach, but no matter what it was, it worked!
Also, having the ability to easily book my appointments online was a huge bonus. What a smart thing to do for clients.
Thank you for providing an affordable, convenient and incredibly healing environment to the community. No drugs, no side effects (except getting to relax for an hour), and real healing. I’m telling all my friends!

Amazing place! Came to Steve with a fairly severe shoulder injury that my doctor said would take at least 6 months to heal! I’m a very active person, so I was desperate to find a way to help me heal faster. Not only have the acunpuncture treatments helped me tremendously in healing much faster than expected, but there’s the added bonus of having a full hour or so to relax every week. ;) And yes, having a bunch of tiny needles stuck into you and laying around for an hour is actually surprisingly super relaxing (I’ve defintiely nodded off from time to time).
Steve is incredible — efficient, caring, and effective. He knows how to find the exact spots that are in need of work and gets right to them. All in a very comfortable and safe atmosphere. You can easily book appointments online and the payment system is super simple. I can’t recommend them enough! Both for those who have never tried acupuncture and the veteran pin-​cusions out there, this is the place to go.

Highly qualified acupuncturists at incredible prices. They are really committed to the «community» model, but this in no way limits their ability to provide attentive, personalized, and effective treatments. They have successfully worked with me through pregnancy and migraines. The space is simple, clean, and calming. Booking appointments online is an excellent feature. Do yourself a favor and try this out!

I highly recommend this place. Gentle touch and affordable healing. Two amazing practicioners and soon they are going to be open on Sundays. Even with my busy schedule I have found time to feel better! Ya’ll should give this place a try.

My mother has raved about this place and Steve for months now and now I know why. My appointment today was pleasant sanitary and very comfortable. Did I mention free! Yes one day a month there is a free day and what a great way to be introduced to acupuncture. The front desk was very nice, the bathrooms clean and Steve is a warm and gentle professional. If you are considering acupuncture, try it here, you won’t regret the experience

Steve, the owner, is kind, communicative, and very wise when it comes to diagnosis and treatment from a Chinese Medicine view. Without health insurance, I am left to rely on Acupuncture for healing and keeping well. This place is clean, easy to access, affordable, and full of good energy.

I was searching for acupuncture, and came across something called «community acupuncture». So I learned more about it, saw that it was cheap, and decided to give it a go!
This one was closest to me, and I’m glad that I found it. Steve is a very caring person, and wants to help you all that he can. The «community» style of it (more than one patient at a time in the rooms) isn’t weird or anything. You just sit there in the chair and relax, and you’re body let’s you know when you’re done (Steve comes and checks in on you every so often).
I HIGHLY recommend coming to see Steve no matter what problems you seem to be having, as acupuncture can help many ailments. I’m currently going for my back pain, but it’s also helping with my moods a bit as well.
