Northwest Flower & Garden Show

Talk about domestication huh? This Saturday Mel and I went downtown to attend my 3 trade show in the past 3 weeks. The Northwest Flower and Garden Show was in full swing and we were not going to miss it for the world. Well, Mel wasn’t. I was excited too, don’t get me wrong, but Mel was in heaven.
All day I saw this beaming bright smile coming from her face as we explored all the dahlia bulbs, orchid displays, and all sorts of other stuff for your garden. We also were able to attend a talk by Cisco Morris a local celebrity gardener. We even got to meet him after the talk and get a book signed! The fun thing we can report is Cisco was super friendly and his talk made both of us excited for spring. Think he just inspired two future life long gardeners!
The show is now over with, but it will be back next year. In fact it has been taking place consistently for the past 25 years! Hope to see you at the next one… Oh and I may post another photo set from our D60, but I still have to review them to see which are the best.
