History

Established in 1977.

I met my future husband at the World Future Society. He was a prof at the UW. I worked for the US Dept. of Labor doing job training. We both wanted to leave our bureaucracies and do something together. Hot tubs! Why? Because we loved to soak and thought everyone should have one. We knew zero about business. We made lots of mistakes, but learned as we went. Reasons for our success: every customer is treated with respect; we go the extra mile to insure satisfaction and have the best products. Starting from nothing, we now have 5 stores and a Service Center in Tukwila. We’re proud of being the most awards winning hot tub company in the U.S.for customer service and satisfaction. The most satisfying thing to us: our customers love their Hot Spring Spas. And, they refer their friends: 45% of our business is from referrals. The number one thing customers say after they purchase a Hot Spring Spa from Olympic: «This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Why didn’t I do it sooner?»
