Established in 1977.

I met my future husband at the World Future Society. He was a prof at the UW. I worked for the US Dept. of Labor doing job training. We both wanted to leave our bureaucracies and do something together. Hot tubs! Why? Because we loved to soak and thought everyone should have one. We knew zero about business. We made lots of mistakes, but learned as we went. Reasons for our success: every customer is treated with respect; we go the extra mile to insure satisfaction and have the best products. Starting from nothing, we now have 5 stores and a Service Center in Tukwila. We’re proud of being the most awards winning hot tub company in the U.S.for customer service and satisfaction. The most satisfying thing to us: our customers love their Hot Spring Spas. And, they refer their friends: 45% of our business is from referrals. We were so impressed with the service and quality of Olympic Hot Tubs. We met with Don at the showroom and he showed us all the tubs and as soon as we saw the Limelight Flair, we knew it was the one we wanted. We were in the middle of a remodel, so we weren’t ready to get the tub yet, so Don told us to wait until mid August during their anniversary sale and we saved over $ 1000 on our purchase. The tub is definitely the highlight of our remodel! We use it several times a week, even my husband who didn’t think he would use it, is in it all the time! We looked at several tubs and went to a ‘hot tub show’, but we settled on Olympic Hot Tubs because of the service and quality products. Don came out after the tub was installed and showed us how to use it and how to keep it in great working order. The maintenance is so easy! The hot tub was definitely a splurge for us, but we have never regretted the decision to get one.

My family and I searched/​reviewed around a lot, including on the internet and in person and then came to Olympic. I was shown most of the models on their floor, from their base, to the highest, most expensive tub. I didn’t feel any pressure to go one way or another. We narrowed down our search between two tubs, one from Olympic and the other from a competitor. The salesperson at the competitor was fantastic, no pressure, answered a lot of my odd emailed/​phoned in questions, and really hustled for our business, so I kind of felt guilty when we went with Olympic. It boiled down to two things: 1) I felt we were getting a higher quality product, even though the price point was about the same. 2) I felt if/​when I had an issue, Olympic will get on it immediately. Well, issues happen. Our first was access to our pad-​not ideal. Olympic helped coordinate with a crane operator to get the tub delivered at a very reasonable price. Their delivery team was excellent. Ours salesperson, Tamara has offered to personally drive over the steps which were backordered to save us the time to come to their store on Westlake-​a much appreciated offer. She responds to emails and calls almost immediately. Accountability and responsiveness (superior customer service) combined with a very good product is why I gave Olympic 5 stars and am happy to be a customer.

I haven’t been in to the store, but I called for info about chemicals. I had called another local store which was giving me bad info, so I tried this store, and they were WONDERFUL. Even offered to send me a care sheet via email even though I couldn’t come in to buy things right now. Patty was so great. Thank you Patty!

Great service. They winterized my spa, cleaned it and scrubbed the cover. The price wasn’t cheap, but they were on time and delivered what was promised. Highly recommended.

I own 2 hot tubs, one for a vacation rental and one for my home. When I bought the tub for the vacation rental, a small cabin. I told the salesperson that it would be for a vacation rental but she obviously didn’t know the product lines. I did a lot of research ahead of time. I couldn’t decide between the Sorrento and the Jetsetter. I bought the Sorrento for the vacation rental, which was a mistake, and about a year later I bought the Jetsetter for our home. We have had so many problems with the Sorrento and it costs me $ 100 per month in labor to maintain the tub, not including the chemicals and the frequent, expensive repairs. Where the tub is placed it is built in and would have to be removed with a crane. I spoke with the Manager and the owner about having been sold the wrong tub and neither apologized or offered much of a remedy. Definitely not «Making it easy to take it easy.» Very poor customer service.

Couldn’t be happier! I originally went to Olympic Hot Tub because of their outstanding reputation. I found the tub that I wanted and got my estimate with everything that I needed, including installation. It was a tad more than I expected, although I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first hot tub.
With estimate in hand, I shopped three other companies. Each time I just wasn’t sure exactly what the final price was going to be. There were so many add on’s and open installation quotes. It also became apparent that the quality of my tub at Olympic was far superior.
I pulled the trigger with Olympic. The tub was delivered on time without any problems.
Val, the sales rep, came to my home after the installation and walked me through the operation and maintenance procedures.
Like I said, I couldn’t be happier. Great company, great tub!

My mom and I went to Olympic Hot Tub Co, on our search for the perfect hot tub! It was a great time and not as much drudgery as I had expected. When you go, ask for Val. . She knows her stuff and had me laughing the whole time. She convinced me to take a test soak in one of the tubs. (Yes, they provide swimsuits and towels!) I didn’t know the water could feel so silky. This store is top-​notch and I’m looking forward to soaking under the stars.

I love Olympic Hot Tub Company. Love love! I shopped around for a hot tub for a few days. My search ended when I met Val at the Olympic Hot Tub. Something about her just made me want to stay and browse hot tubs! My budget was tight so she showed me my options and I bought an Emerald. She printed pictures and gave me handouts so I could take home and show my boyfriend also since delivery was a few weeks out.
Delivery ended up being a few days earlier then estimated (Val helped me with that). Val also let the delivery guys know that I have dogs so I needed a heads up before they arrived. I also was at work so had to let my boyfriend know to lookout for them. And they did, the delivery guy called me an hour before arrival to let me know he was en route. After delivery, the delivery guys explained the start up chemicals to my boyfriend in a language he actually understood and could then explain to me when I got home from work.
To make sure we are on track with the chemical they mailed me a water care guideline laminated sheet. They also provided the start up chemicals and cute rubber ducks!
From start to finish I have been 1000% happy. They made a huge purchase easy as pie and worry free.
Oh and I just got a $ 200 rebate check for the delivery promotion they were running for the month of March. This company blows my mind in how great they are!!!
And needless to say my hot tub is amazing, super relaxing and cute as well!

We bought our hot tub from these guys in August of 2011. Great customer service. I felt the showroom was large enough and had enough selection for us to pick out what we really wanted. We’ve been back since several times to pick up supplies. They are a bit expensive, but it beats paying shipping when you buy online.
we really like the location, it’s close enough to my husband’s work that he can stob by easily.

We purchased our first hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub Company in September 2011, and we’ve had it for about 5 months now!
The purchasing experience was good. I loved that they had swimsuits that we could try on and actually get in the hot tub. The ones we thought we would love we didn’t actually like at all, so it was really great to have the opportunity to get in the fully operating hot tub.
My fiancé works for Amazon, and Amazon employees get 10% off, awesome right? Not really. They had a sale going on where you got 9% off, so really we didn’t get much off at all compared to if we were just regular since the discounts didn’t stack. Bummer!
Before the hot tub arrived it was great. They recommended someone to us who came and built a mini deck for the hot tub. It’s holding up great. They also recommended an electrician who came and installed a special outlet for the hot tub and that’s great too.
The delivery was very good. They successfully navigated the hot tub down the stairs and into position on the deck. It was quite impressive. If you’ve never seen a hot tub moved, it is a very interesting experience.
Durig delivery I couldn’t turn on the hot tub to make everything worked since it needed to be filled up first. The lights didn’t end up working! They had to send someone out to fix them — and it took a really long time. Took about a week for them to get someone out here, and another 1 – 2 weeks for them to order the part to replace it with and get it fixed. Real bummer since it was a BRAND NEW hot tub, they should be able to fix that immediately.
About 2 weeks after we purchased the hot tub, it completely stopped working. It ended up being an issue with the wiring inside the tub. I sent a couple angrye-​mails after it broke and managed to get someone out here the next day. It was still pretty annoying that I had to deal with that on a new tub.
Ever since the issues at the beginning, everything has been great. Haven’t had any more problems and I hope to never have any more! I’d recommend them as they have fixed all of my problems, and were great to work with, but I definitely think they have a couple improvements they could make.

I just slipped out of what I call my «gorwnup security blanket» last night & thought I should share how awesome our Vanguard hot tub is. If I’m chilled, stressed, tired, sore or wanting to visit with friends… I’m in my hottub. Had it about 5 years now. Only one issue, but Reg was out and $ 35 later (cuz nearly EVERY issue is under warranty for 5 years) I had a new curcuit board. I always thought the water chemistry would be complex or a pain, but with a Hotspring Spa it’s not at all — very easy. I also thought I wouldn’t use it. Boy was I wrong there! I confess it’s my «ready-​to-​go» bathtub and my personal quiet time and for my husband (a chef on his feet all the time) the «foot cannons» as he calls them are a life saver. DO test the spas out in their showroom — can do it after hours as the jet strength & placement is important. Other brands don’t compare in quality, strength or elegance. The little extra you’ll pay for a Hot Spring Spa will be worth every penny. And I promise; This will be one of your greatest comforts in your home!

We just bought our 2nd Hot Tub from this company.
The last hot tub kept us very happy for 16 years.
The few times we did need any kind of service they were very good, and never had to wait to long for them to accommodate us.
They also always have all the possible supplies you will ever need to run a tub.
They are not a high pressure sales place, but answer any questions you have. You can even try out tubs at their showroom.
We are very pleased customers, and would highly recommend them.

Is there a sadder day than when you lose your hot tub saleslady?
Anyway, Patty is gone and now Brian is there to take care of us. We have scratchy bumps all over our hot tub like it has the chicken pox. Great for exfoliation but not so good for relaxing. Probably a chemical imbalance and will get solved with the next filter change out.
But I’ll miss Patty *sniff*

It pains me to give Olympic Hot Tub Company two stars, but I suppose I must be fair – until recently, our fairly regular transactions with them had been fine.
But then we decided to buy a new cover for our hot tub. We paid roughly $ 500 for the cover and $ 100 for the delivery. What did we get in return? This:
Go ahead! Click on it! It’s pictures of our ruined lawn from where the delivery guy drove his truck across it., back and forth, tearing up our lawn. In addition to numerous tire tracks, the delivery guy thoughfully left a four-​inch-​deep, five-​foot-​long gouge. How on earth did he even DO that? The mind boggles.
When we called Olympic to report the damage done and request that at the very least, they refund the delivery charge, the manager refused to take any action until we emailed him photos. Having to send proof of the destruction of our lawn after being loyal customers for several years just added insult to injury. We won’t be going back to Olympic after this.
**Update — We did eventually receive a refund from Olympic for the delivery fee, and they sent the driver back to repair our lawn.**
