P-3 Pacific Pavement Protection

We’ve been doing business for several years now with Pacific Pavement Protection. Just this week the company completed some needed repairs, power washing, and re striping of our parking lot and playground. Karl Eels was quick with his quote and the work was completed immediately upon our acceptance. PPP is always responsive, detailed, and extremely professional. We would not use anyone else for our paving needs. W. Fogle, Chrysalis School, Woodinville.

My company has been using P3 for about 5 years now. Everything from a small striping job to 50,000 square feet of sealcoating and striping. We have had them install bollards and pave parking lots 10,000 square feet in size. They have always done a great job and are in contact when there is an issue that needs dealt with. I dont know how many estimates I had them write up before we finally did a job with them. Being a non-​profit it can be hard to get management to spend money on pavement and maintenance of the lots.

Horrible company. Our association hired them to do our parking lot. They tore everything out and left. We had to drive over loose gravel for 3 months, which screwed up our tires. There was dirt and dust everywhere. We were told that they did not have the proper permit form the city of Bellevue. They bid for this job and did not care to see if they are competent to do the job before making a mess. We were also forced to park off our property for many more days than they initially asked for.
I would NOT recommend them at all.
Update
In the number 2 section of the response the owner states that the plan went as scheduled. Then, in the 3^rd section he says there was a 3 month delay. If the owner is this unorganized you can imagine how the whole company is.

P-​3 Did a terrific job of meeting our individual needs for the project! They spent a lot of time giving us several options for the project and had recommendations to protect the pavement in the future. Their work was excellent and several people asked me for their number because they wanted P-​3 to do their asphalt. Paving is expensive and you want someone who knows what they are doing that will not take short cuts. We worked with a guy called Karl. Ask for him!
