Pacific Coast Marble & Granite

Hired by our designer to fabricate and install a slab granite kitchen counter, and fabricate and install four pieces of slab marble in the master bath. The kitchen was well done. Nice job. In the bath two pieces of marble, a small cabinet top and a small in-​shower seat, were nicely done. Two pieces of slab marble, both horizontal flats at a shower stall wall and at the shower entry were mislaid. The slabs must tilt toward the shower so that shower water does not flow out of the door or collect at the intersection of the glass and edge. This was not done. They tilted so that water would collect and/​or run out of the shower door. The slabs of marble had to be reset, this delayed the project for quite some time. It demonstrated a lack of attention to detail, the error of their statement «We’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and we know what we’re doing». I cannot recommend this company.
