Had great service spring of 2015 getting business logo embroidered on 30 aprons. Stopped in 2 weeks ago to have some names added to a few aprons and the door was padlocked with a thick chain and a do not trespass sign posted by the sheriff. What’s going on

Reading the reviews I am disappointed… I have experienced the complete opposite. All my orders have been on time and under budget. I have had great communication and actually like their greyhound!

They were our number one choice b/​c of shirt options, prices and flexibility ordering additional items on an adhoc basis. It was highly disappointing to experience the lack of communication and follow-​through from PB & J Textiles. It’s extremely upsetting as they were a personal referral from my dearest friend who supports local business in West Seattle through her non-​profit.

I stopped in a few weeks back to inquire if they could reproduce my baseball team’s logo on a hat and David Robertson (the owner) said if I could get them a good digital image of the logo or the stitch file from the previous embroiderer, they could do it no problem. I was able to get both for him and he told me we were good to go and it would be ready the following Saturday to pick it up.
Saturday (first game of the season) comes around and I stop in only to be told that it hasn’t been done. David starts making excuses saying that he didn’t have the right font but they might be able to do something similar. Perhaps this is something you could have told me over a week ago when I contracted the work? If you couldn’t do it, why not tell me when I placed the order or call me sometime during the week and let me know so I could try to find someone else to do the work? Instead, you chose to lie to a customer and screw them over. Thanks, I really appreciate it.
You hear it all the time from small business owners how hard it is to run a small business in this economy. I have a hard time feeling sympathy when they offer this level of «service» to their customers. I hope they like PB&J because art this rate, they won’t be able to afford to eat much else unless they get their act together.
As an extra bonus, prepare to have the shop’s greyhound nose-​rape your crotch while you’re there. That’s an extra-​special bonus I guess. Yay.

One in-​person visit, three emails, a phone call, and an afternoon trying to contact via phone only to get a no-​voicemail recording… over the course of a month. We had a large embroidery order (~100pc) with a file ready-​to-​go, but could not get anybody to send an estimate.
I wanted to give the local guys the job, but the national mega-​promo business gave us a quote in less than an hour. After waiting a month for these guys, it almost didn’t even matter what the quote was — they got the business instead.

The hidden reviews indicate this is a consistent issue.

I am not sure any-​one works here. they advertised 12^th man banners for sale (2′ x 3′), via a local blog. tried to contact them to buy a banner, 3 times. no luck.
went Wednesday, (they’re open 9 – 5) at 12:30 pm. rang doorbell and knocked, no answer for 10 minutes. called during the middle of the day thusday to see if someone would be there, went to answering machine. stopped by on Friday, at 3:30 pm (hours say 9 – 4), completely dark, no answer. used the $ 12 I saved to buy 2 growlers from Georgetown instead. Glass full, I’d say!
maybe someone should call the police? have they been abducted?

I had a great experience with Dave (and everyone else I worked with) at PB&J Textiles! Our company wanted to get an order of «swag» embroidered with the company logo on a (semi-​tight) deadline. Dave worked with me on digitizing the logo, making sure it would show up on both black and light-​grey jackets, and churning out professional, quality embroidery in plenty of time to distribute the swag at our company meeting! I highly recommend you try them out for any promotional or personal products you may need branded.

I needed a banner fast. I worked with Paul B who could not have been more helpful. They are fast and efficient. They have very competitive prices and friendly.

Had a great experience, took an apron in for embroidery at the last minute before Christmas and they got it done for me with time to spare.
You have to park past the building by the bar next door, and ring the doorbell at pb&j textile. Not the most obvious location but easy once you know where it is! Really great service.
I’ll be back to finish this review after I pick it up!
