Our philosophy is that your wedding is unique to you; therefore we do not limit you to specific «packages», instead we work with you to select the services that will give you peace of mind and confidence on your big day. Established in 2010.

Perfectly Posh Events was launched as a wedding & event planning company designed to cater to the sophisticated and city chic brides in the Pacific Northwest.

Meet the Business Owner

Holly P.

Business Owner

Having grown up in the event industry with a family business, I was fortunate to attend some amazing events that inspired a passion for wedding planning at an early age. In order to turn my passion into a reality, I earned a BA in Business from Seattle Pacific University and spent over six years working for various companies in the event industry. After continuing my education by studying event design, I launched Perfectly Posh Events to cater to the sophisticated and city chic brides in the Pacific Northwest.

A Seattle native, I love starting the morning off with a dry almond cappuccino and ending the day with a glass of red wine from one of the local Washington wineries. I adore shoes and can frequently be seen running around events in a pair of amazing heels that color-​coordinate with the event theme.

Enough about me. It’s time to pour yourself a glass of bubbly and let the wedding planning begin… cheers!

Holly is amazing. We used Perfectly Posh for our Sept 6 2015. Even before we hired her she did a site visit at my family home to help decide whether a wedding was feasible there. She helped us avoid a venue that we likely would have regretted choosing. For design challenged couple like us she was invaluable in bringing together our Seattle themed wedding. It turned out beautiful. And day of she kept everyone on track and everything running Smoothly. Highly worth the investment. She is professional, responsive, and also someone you would want to have a beer with… which you can when you come to her office to go over all the details. Although she comes across as more of a champagne gal. Very Posh :-) We’re so happy we went with Holly and her team. Highly recommend!

Holly and her staff are the real deal. We hired Holly to help design our wedding and coordinate the day-​of and I honestly can’t imagine any of that without her. My wife and I tell people all the time that she was the best money we spent and in hindsight, we would have paid more for the wonderful work she did. She went above and beyond in many ways and even after the wedding was over, she was incredibly helpful when we ran into an issue with another vendor.
If you are on the fence or choosing between several options, hire Holly. She will make your day perfect in ways you didn’t even know you needed.

Hiring Holly was the best decision we could have made. We went with her full planning package because I wanted as much help as I could get.
She started off by looking for venues that would work and were available on the dates we wanted. When it came to picking vendors, she gave us lists of those who matched what we were looking for and fit within our budget — whoever we were interested in, she would contact for us to meet with. She managed all communication with vendors so we didn’t have to.
In terms of event design, I had a VERY, very loose idea of what I wanted and Holly did an awesome job of learning what I liked, pulling it all together and making it happen. She came to every meeting very organized so all I really had to do was make decisions. She kept me on track for the entire 9 months of planning and made it as easy for me as possible.
Due to venue availability, we picked a wedding date that Holly already had booked so she had Bridget step in for final planning and day-​of coordination. Bridget was AWESOME and really went above and beyond to make our wedding special. She was in control of everything, she kept us on track all day, and she had everything neatly packed up at the end of the night. She even packed up pieces of pie for us to take home (I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this!) and tracked down my phone, purse, etc. and made sure it found its way into the back of the car without anyone asking. She was truly wonderful and my entire family was raving about how great of a job she did and how awesome it was to have her there. Ultimately, everything went off without a hitch (at least as far as I’m aware).
Holly and Bridget did such a wonderful job with our wedding — I don’t know what we would have done without them. I wish we could do it all over just so we could work with Holly and Bridget again!

Amazing!!! Bridget was amazing. My daughter got married on the 4th of July at Sodo Park and as you can remember it was 95 degrees. It was the best day ever. She was on top of everything! I would highly recommend her and Perfectly Posh. If you think you don’t need a day of planner you are crazy! I am so happy Bridget and team were there. They kept us on our timeline and yes our wedding started on time!

An update, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Holly. Our wedding day was perfect and we are so thankful Holly was there for each step. We added on the design package to the day of package, which was a great value and incredibly helpful. Holly helped me let go of my «theme» obsession as every magazine wedding has a distinct theme… her advice to only have one if you really want one (not cause you think you need one) was spot on and we used a «look/​feel» aspect for the design instead. We have had so many compliments from our guests and I LOVED how everything turned out — the colors and design aspects really complimented our venue (Hollywood Schoolhouse) and our personalities/​relationship. Holly helped us find some incredible vendors, most notably Rachel Roth with Butter & Bloom who did most of our flowers. Holly was incredible during the planning process, keeping me calm and reminding me to get some rest and stop stressing. We are so thankful we found Holly (thanks to other Unilocalers!) and highly recommend her to other engaged couples!!! :)

Hiring Holly as our wedding planning was probably the single best decision we made in our wedding planning process. While we already had a pretty good overall idea of what we did and didn’t want our wedding to be, she guided us through all the key details and decisions that needed to be made, helped create a planning timeline with to-do’s by month, and gave us great advice on what to splurge vs save on. All her vendor recommendations were spot-​on and when we had some communication issues with one vendor, she stepped in and helped make things right. And of course, she was always very responsive. I credit her to keeping my stress levels low and my now-​husband sane throughout the process.
On the actual day of, knowing everything was in Holly’s capable hands let me completely relax and enjoy the day. All the décor, floral arrangements, and special touches were placed just so and afterwards, she and her assistant made sure we got all our things and gifts to the right cars and that things were left in good order (all whilst we whisked ourselves away in our getaway car). I can’t imagine having anyone better to entrust the planning of your big day. Holly took our vision and not only made it better, but helped us fulfill it.

I hired Perfectly Posh Events to coordinate my wedding day on June 29th.
Holly was booked for our date already, so we worked with one of her new planners Haley. Holly and Haley came to each of our meetings prior to our event prepared and organized. I would say that I wasn’t the most organized bride, nor did I have everything thought out, so Haley and Holly were amazing at helping me navigate the best solution and best layout for my wedding. They helped me decide how to manage my schedule for the wedding day and helped coordinate all of my vendors — including dealing with a challenging venue!
Haley was amazing for the day off coordinator. She led my rehearsal and made sure that she had all of the set up information (napkins/​signs) for the wedding. She coordinated with all my vendors before and during the event — and they loved her. She made sure the day went exactly how I had wanted, including when the set up was incorrect at the venue. She was right there helping me with anything I needed at the wedding, making sure things were running on time, helping my venue when they needed it and made sure everything made it home with me. We had some problems with our venue and Haley and Holly detailed everything that was incorrect for me promptly the next day and had time to spend with me the next morning.
I can’t say enough how great I thought this team was. I will tell you — this was the BEST money that I spent for my wedding. There are a few things that I would re-​think spending money on, but this is not one of them. This team is worth every penny!

Holly and her staff are amazing. It was a pleasure to work with Holly for my December 2013 wedding. Holly was always there to answer my questions and to take my phone calls. I always loved how organized she was and how prepared she was at every meeting. My husband and I spoke with several wedding coordinators prior to signing up with Holly. We made the decision to go with Holly because we felt as though she would keep with the theme of our wedding and be amazing on the day of the wedding. I am so happy I went with Holly because she was truly fabulous to work with. My other vendors all enjoyed working with her. I have had nothing but compliments from my guests about her.

Holly and team are fabulous to work with. We got married in November 2013 and couldn’t have done it without Holly. We ended up doing a partial planning option with day of coordinator help. She was so organized and made my wedding day perfect. If anything went wrong that night I had no idea and was one happy bride. Leading up to the wedding she was always prompt in answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. She offered great advice on wedding etiquette and was able to get all of our vendors in line for the big day. I think wedding planners are a must for any bride to be but Holly and team made the experience better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you!

We got married three weeks ago and Huoy was our wedding coordinator. Keeping our budget in mind, we hired Perfectly Posh for the Simply coordination package. My fiancé and I had a very specific vision for our wedding and were passionate about doing the bulk of the planning. Both Huoy and Holly were great at sending us recommendations for vendors and they immediately responded to all questions we had (this was so important!). Huoy was very organized and helped us with details we had not thought of; She did an amazing job. I am not sure what we would have done without her on the day of our wedding. She was flexible and organized. The few hiccups that came up right before the wedding were taken care of by Huoy and am so thankful for that. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. She took all of our planning/​vision and turned it into reality. It was a relief to hand over all the planning we had done to someone who we trusted. We hired Holly for a full package deal as my fiancé at the time was living overseas and I was working full time plus other personal matters I had to deal with, there was no way I could plan a wedding all on my own. Holly and I both love pearl, lace, and vintage/​classic look for wedding so I knew she would be able to understand what I want and envision in our wedding. Holly was very supportive in every step of the planning process and walked us through the entire day of the wedding prior to our wedding. Her monthly checklist is also very helpful in keeping us on track in what needs to be done at a certain time frame and she was able to make sure whatever we hired and decided on does not exceed our budget. I also appreciate her willingness to ask questions with vendors since we didn’t really know if there are any particular questions to ask for diff. vendors. She is also willing to stay after each of the vendors meeting to discuss with us our thoughts and impression and shared with us her recommendations. She and her assistance did the best they can to find vendors that fit what we requested and is open to other options that we found on our own. She also helped coordinate various meetings with vendors whenever my fiancé was in town so that we can all round table. She also is open to Skype if my fiancé needed anything to be communicated face to face. I definitely appreciated it when she found out I was so stressed out with everything that she was willing to work with just my fiancé on things that they can handle on their own so that I did not have to worry about it. My family were all impressed with how organized and responsible Holly was on the day of our wedding. She even helped my mom and mom in law fixed their corsages when the magnet came off. She communicated well with all families and friends and they were all very happy with the work she has done. I would definitely recommend Holly and her team if you are looking for a full package wedding planning or just the day of coordinator.

Holly was amazing. Our wedding was yesterday. We used her for a «day of» package. I originally planned on going without a planner as i am a control freak. As we got closer i realized at somepoint on the wedding day i would be busy gettkng myself ready. THIS WAS THE BEST MONEY SPENT. We had a couple meetings prior to the wedding including one at the venue and a rehearsal the day before. She arrived early the day of and made sure things were setup and vdndors were organized. She made sure my fiancé didnt have any extra stress. If problems came up she handled them. She even drove to the store to get a stain remover for my 5yr old who got pizza on his white shirt. She also made sure to stay until every vdndor was gone and everything was packed… she is highly recomended!

We had a great experience working with Perfectly Posh Events! We hired them in 2010 to help with a large benefit/​fundraiser in Seattle held at The Paramount Theater. We had quite a few high-​profile performers at this fundraiser, and about 2000 attendees.
Holly and her team worked hard to make sure every detail was looked after, and we’ll definitely be working with them again for our event planning needs. We felt that Holly was able to understand our vision for the fundraiser, but also use her professional resources to make this event a success.
We suggest using Perfectly Posh for a few weeks/​months prior to your event. We initially thought of hiring them to manage day-​of activities, but quickly realized that the added benefit of having a talented event planner on board for a longer period of time was worth it!
